Esta locacion en Hialeah hace muy buen trabajo ademas del buen servicio, explican al cliente cual aceite y trabajo necesita tu carro desde que llevo mi carro a esta locacion estoy muy agradecida y contenta del funcionamiento de mi carro

I meannnnn they charged me $15 to install the windshield wipers that I purchased.. but overall they are good people..

Onaidy, Eduardo, and Callum give me exceptional service when I needed to change my oil. They made sure everything in my car was up-to-date and even let me know that my wipers were worn. Moreover, I had to replace the brake fluid and I had no idea that it was dangerously low. They were super accommodating and walked me through everything I needed to do to the car. I highly recommend this location

Es la primera vez que visito este lugar gracias a la recomendación de una amiga y honestamente ahora lo entiendo,el servicio de cambio de aceite mas rápido de mi vida ,la señora que me atendió Ony me ayudo a entender la diferencia de los aceites y cual era el más adecuado para mi carro,me mostró los filtros y hasta se dio cuenta gracias a Dios que tenia una luz de freno fundida y rápidamente lo solucionaron por solo $10 ,durante mi visita puedo decir que el lugar estaba muy limpio y todo el proceso lucia bien coordinado ,la muchacha muy agradable me pregunto si tenía algún cupón y como yo no tenia me facilito uno de $20 y me dijo que al ser cliente podía regresar cuando quisiera a revisar mi carro y rellenar los fluidos cuando quisiera en total habré estado allí 40 minutos y porque tenia dos carros adelante recomiendo este lugar si como yo el tiempo es lo que más aprecian ,Yo quede encantada y de seguro regresare.

The service from everyone who works here is excellent. The receptionist explains everything in detail about what you need at that moment and for your next visit. The entire team is very attentive and professional, and they will answer any questions you have about your car. It's definitely a blessing to have this team in the heart of Hialeah. They've gained a repeat customer. El servicio de todos los que trabajan aquí es excelente. La chica de recepción te explica todo con detalle sobre lo que necesitas en ese momento y para tu próxima visita. Todo el equipo es muy atento y profesional, y responderán cualquier pregunta que tengas sobre tu auto. Sin duda, es una bendición tener a este equipo en el corazón de Hialeah. Went for oil change, no wait and no line on a Thursday at about 12.45 pm. They noted other things that needed replacement/fixing and show them to me right there on the spot , so they were honestly giving recommendations. They changed the oil while I waited inside the car. They also placed a fan blowing fresh air as I had to turn off the car and roll down the windows, that was a really nice touch to the service. I will definitely go back.

Josue and the general manager, were extremely attentive and honest with me. They took pictures of the things I needed to provide me with an explanation of the services. They were professional and quick. I recommend coming here.

For being in Hialeah, this location is freaking amazing. As a woman I hate coming to any car services, but after coming here a few times, it’s now the only place I go to. Any time I’ve shown up unannounced they have always taken my car and provided the service with little or no wait time. They don’t make outrageous recommendations for add on services, they are always upfront and will show you the proof of what and why your car may need a specific service. Josue (possibly the manager?) is super cool and is very honest about pricing and what you need right away or can hold off on. The mechanic crew Callum, Ciro, & Eduardo are all super fast and efficient, and also very polite, from the moment I pulled up they walked over, took my keys and escorted me to the waiting area. I wasn’t even there 30 mins. Highly recommend these guys if you’re in the area and need their services!

Este lugar es muy conveniente sobre todo por lo rápido que hacen los servicios,lo revisan todo y lo explican todo paso a paso ,yo quedé encantada y sin dudas lo recomendaré, la muchacha que me atendió se llama omaida creo y fue muy amable gracias !!

Recomiendo mucho este Jiffy Lube, son rapidos y tienen muy buen servicio, hoy sali muy contenta el Manager Eduardo es una excelente persona y professional tengo la mejor opinion de este lugar y Ellos responden a cualquier situacion desafortunadamente hay cliente que no son muy respetuosos pero todos los empleados y el Manager son buenos y professionales dispuestos a ayudarte. Llebo años como cliente y seguire haciendo aqui mi servicio y recomendando este lugar a todo el que pueda.
