I had a great experience at Miami Gardens service center. I had to replace the oil cover gasket on my SUV. I arrived 20 minutes before it opened. The manager Tony came to my car and asked me for the reason for my visit. I showed him the recommended repair from my last visit a couple months before. The repair was going to take a several hours Tony went ahead and ordered the parts needed. He asked me if I was going to wait there or come back. I told him that I would come back once the car was done. He said that he would call me. I received a call from Mitchell letting me know that it was almost done. Once I returned Tony worked with me applying coupons to help me in the repair costs. Everyone was pleasant friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the service that I received and want to recognize Tony for his help and guidance and Mitchell on the phone call, not many people today have phone etiquette. He was professional and informative

The service at this Jiffy Lube is terrific, they are caring and responsible. My car battery died. I search for the nearest Jiffy Lube to me. I called here and Mitchell answered the call. I explained to him my car won't start I think it could be the battery, and I was like three blocks away from them he told me no worries that he’ll go there and check my car battery. It turned out to be the battery. He called the store and they sent Micheal with a brand new battery with five years warranty. They installed it with no extra charge, I paid and it was an excellent service very happy with them!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! G. Menendez

This is the fastest and greatest jiffy lube. Fast, efficient and reliable

The service team was very friendly and helpful. Mitchell explained all the packages and services in a way that was very easy to understand. His customer service was exceptional. Anthony was very knowledgeable and did a great job replacing my oil. Marta helped me setup my Jiffylube account and she was very kind and patient. I wasn’t even there a whole hour. The whole team is amazing and I will be back to get my car serviced.

Very fast and great service. I like how they check everything, and as a result they also found that my brake lines needed to be flushed, so I had that done as well as the oil change.

Great place, fair prices and Luis is an honest mechanic. Didn't try to upsell me on things my vehicle didn't need. Would recommend.

All good but a bit pricey.

My experience at this Jiffy Lube was excellent. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the service was completed quickly. In the four years I've been going to Jiffy Lube, this is the only one that has done the oil change and inspection in 15 minutes (as advertised). I didn't even have to get out of the car. 100% recommended.

I had such a great experience with Jiffy Lube today off 186th mainly because of Mitchell and Tony. Both took exception care of my Audi and I Highly recommend. Tony is a great manager and easily makes a customer feel trustworthy which is impossible to find in this automotive repair industry. Hats off to Tony, deserves more recognition. I’ll be going back for sure.

I had an outstanding experience with Mitchell, one of the technicians at Jiffy Lube. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. I initially came in for an oil change, but I mentioned that the car belonged to my daughter and that I was concerned there might be an issue with the brakes. Mitchell immediately reassured me that they could take a look and confirm whether any work was truly needed. Unfortunately, the brakes were completely worn and needed to be replaced. I was under a lot of stress because I was visiting and worried I might miss my flight. Mitchell promised to get me out as quickly as possible, and he absolutely kept his word. Not only did he make it happen in a timely manner, but they also offered me a discount given the circumstances, which I truly appreciated. Because of Mitchell’s professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service, I will be a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for years to come. Thank you, Mitchell, for going above and beyond!
