Thoroughly explained services, price and expectations

Started a little slow, but good service, friendly detailed staff.

Great service every time! Had to go back for an oil leak and they took care of me in a jif!

Great customer service and quick service, ( to owner ) I think I got hacked on a previous review because I have nothing but Great things to say and would highly recommend.

They were really nice and professional :) didn’t try to up charge me at all very honest and straightforward with cost and service!

Mike & Tim were great, please relower the prices to the previous amount!

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Tim! From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Service was quick, efficient, and honestly one of the easiest car maintenance experiences I’ve had. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real knowledge, but Tim definitely does. I’ll absolutely be coming back because of him—highly recommend asking for Tim if you want a smooth, stress-free visit!

At the beach Store # 749 That was the best service for an oil change I’ve ever received. Tim , Emily and Kaewon were polite , respectful and got me in and out in a timely manner I highly recommend this location if you live in or around the Jacksonville Beach area.

Tim, the manager and Emily, his brand new apprentice were super friendly and patient. They were understaffed for the day and had many in line and stayed calm and professional. I didn’t mind waiting a little extra time for the reasonable price and fantastic customer service! Would highly recommend!
