People are great here, but I hate that the prices just jumped $40! I could always depend on this place to be affordable, with great service, but now, I'm unfortunately going to have to look for somewhere more affordable. Even with a coupon I still paid $127 just for an oil change, when I was only paying $85 before. I just can't justify it.

Purchased a used car recently and needed to get the basics looked over for a fair price. Decided to have a service check and oil change done at this Jiffy Lube. I was greeted as I pulled in by a gentleman named Tyler. I let him know the vehicle was new to me and that I was looking to get an oil change and a service check. He advised that they had several options and noted that my tire wear was noticeably more worn in the front and recommended a tire rotation. He also gave me the choice to add a fuel system additive to start my new vehicle on the right track. I chose to do the tire rotation and the fuel additive. Tyler escorted me to the lounge and directed me to a location for water and a WiFi password. About 5 minutes later he came back in to show me total for the service I chose and gave me a time estimate for the service, about 30 minutes. Another 5 minutes and he was back with my air filter for my engine and my air conditioning. He explained the purposes and I chose to take care of them myself. He also advised that my wiper blades were two different types and that one was dry and cracking, and that my battery was at about 40% health. I appreciated the info but also decided I could handle those replacements myself. He recommended a top off on my coolant which I agreed to. 10 minutes later a gentleman named Dan came in to make sure I was doing alright, and he explained that my brakes could use replacing. He told me they did not offer brake replacement, but recommended another jiffy lube location that did as well as informing me that a dealership could handle the task if I preferred. About 25-30 minutes from my arrival Tyler was back to get me checked out, the only additional charge was for the coolant topoff and my total was a bit higher than the price presented at arrival due to taxes and the coolant. Still reasonable for the information I was given and the time the service was completed in. I was told I could return for fluid top offs for the next 3000 miles and when he handed me receipt he presented me with a QR code to leave a review for the business. I decided to do so since the service was quick and I was given information without the expectation of additional purchases.

Stopped for a haircut next door and asked them to give me an oil change in the mean time. 15 minutes later they were done. The price was a little high but totally fair, relatively speaking. All in all it was barely even an experience because they were that fast. 5/5.

Quick service, clear explanations, and no hard pressure for upsell items. That’s why I keep going back to this one.

Unfortunately, I had to bring my car here to have Alex & Tazz fix the mess caused by the Jiffy Lube up the road near Atlantic & Mayport Rd. It was refreshing to have real professionals doing their thing, listening to my issues they didn't even cause, and help me remedy it. I wish I would have originally driven the extra two miles to this location, but you'd expect the same level of service at EVERY location. Thanks fellahs!!!

These guys are great and very helpful. Not pushy at all. It can be hard to find a place to ask questions about your car without getting answers that make everything seem like an emergency. I was in and out fast, which matters to me. Definitely will be back. :)

My sister loaned me her car when I flew in for a visit, but the oil change light was on. So - I took it to Jiffy Lube. They got me in right away, and were super friendly. I opted to stay in my car, and could follow along with the service checklist and the quality check. Everything was done quickly, and I was completely satisfied that the car had been serviced properly. I also appreciated that they asked me nicely if there was anything else that needed attention, but didn't try to pressure me to buy more services or parts that I didn't want! Thanks for a cheerful job well done, highly recommended.
