I have read very good reviews from this Jiffy Lube-Dunn Ave location. I’m pleased to say the reviews are right. The staff members are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Aaron, Leon and VaShawn are excellent at what they do. I received an Oil Change and Tire Rotation at my visit today. I truly appreciate these guys for their hard work. I recommend this shop if you want good quality service and professional workers. I will be returning to this shop for my next maintenance service.

Shoutout to Travaris, Davarrius, and Sean at Jiffy Lube - Dunn Ave — y’all are the real MVPs! I came in for a simple oil change on my high-mileage Impala, and these guys went above and beyond. Not only did they handle my oil change quickly and professionally, but they also topped off my tires, checked my coolant levels, and made sure everything looked good — without trying to pressure me into buying a bunch of extra services. They were attentive, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with great customer service and zero pushy sales tactics. I left feeling informed, taken care of, and actually smiling (which is not something I usually say about car maintenance ??). They easily secured a permanent customer!!

I had an excellent experience with Shawn, Mike, and Travaris at the 10-Minute Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, they greeted me with friendly, professional service and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. They got my oil changed faster than I expected true to their promise of speed yet still took the time to check fluids and make sure my car was ready to hit the road safely. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and courteous the team was. They explained what they were doing in terms I could easily understand, answered all my questions, and didn’t pressure me into any unnecessary add-ons. I felt respected and well cared for throughout the whole process. It’s not often you find a place that can be fast and thorough, but these guys nailed it. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, efficient oil change service with great guys like Shawn, Mike, and Travaris working the floor, I highly recommend them!

Taravis and Shawn gave top notch customer service and communicated very well definitely made this visit a permanent visit every time I need an oil change. I can’t express enough how helpful these guys were today awesome team.

The guys here are awesome!! They checked the inside cabin (I think that’s what they called it), for mold which I’ve never had someone do when I get my oil changed. It was very bad so I appreciate them checking. The manager was training someone on their first day and he was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient. Great experience!

Travaris was by far the best employee I've ever had to experience! If it's not his Jiffy Lube give it to him immediately!

Awesome guys they all worked together got it done quick and fast and made the work look easy on my 2015 Chevy impala . Made sure everything was as they should be besides just taking care of the oil change. I will definitely recommend them again and also Mr.Travaris the teamlead who welcomed me through the drive had great energy, very good consumer service. Overall Travaris, Micheal, and Leon was excellent. I am well satisfied and my car is riding better.
