They did an amazing job informing me of the true health of my vehicle and did not attempt to oversell me or buy additional services.

James was so attentive, detail and thorough. I came in for an oil change and he greeted me with a smile and gave an update for every step of the process. The prices went up like everything else in this economy and he apologized like it was his fault I really enjoyed my oil change just from his customer service kind spirit you can tell he has a passion and joy for his job! Please stop jiffy off San Jose and give James and his buddy your business!!

I arrived close to closing time, and I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed very professionally. The team of James and Kayden were very thorough, and patient as I asked many questions.

I have a Genesis GV 70, which apparently is not an easy car to do an oil change on. I took it to two different Take 5’s who both refused to do it. I called this Jiffy Lube store ahead of time to confirm they could do it and the conversation was yes, sir no sir, the entire time, they were very genuine and professional. When at the store that professionalism continued the entire time with constant updates on where they were since it does take a little longer with my Genesis. Moral of the story, if you have a higher end car and don’t like the hassle of a dealership, then take it to Jiffy Lube. I’ll be back for sure.

This is my number one place to come to change oil. It’s about 15 minutes long and they do a really good job! James is a great manager and does an excellent job? Thank you, Team for taking care of us!
