The technicians were very knowledgeable and personable. My oil change was done efficiently, and the pleasant attitude of everyone made it an enjoyable experience.

Jessie, Griff and Luke were the best! I'm a girl and it can be a hassle to get anything done on my car because I know nothing about them! These guys were so chill and polite! They made me feel comfortable and even checked my tire pressure! Super professional team, must have awesome management. I'll never go to five minute oil change again!!!

I had a bad battery and brought my own in. The manager changed my battery free of charge. I’ve been going here for a while and the guys do great work.

????? Today was a very stressful day. After visiting my dad with my two children, we stopped next door for food, and to my surprise, my car's bumper suddenly fell off. I walked over to Jiffy Lube hoping someone might be able to help, and that's when I met Griff. Griff didn't hesitate to step in. He took the time to tape my bumper back on so I could safely make it home. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help someone he didn't even know meant more to me than he probably realizes. In a world where people are often in a hurry, Griff took the time to care, and I will never forget that. Because of the outstanding customer service I received, the Jiffy Lube on Old St. Augustine Road has earned my business. I will be bringing my vehicle there for my future car needs, and I will gladly recommend this location to my family, friends, and anyone looking for honest, caring service. Thank you again, Griff. I came in with no idea what I was doing. My car had started smoking and I saw the oil was low. I asked for help and they were able to see an issue, fix my oil, and really give me the care I needed. I appreciate this store, they seem to care about their customers and now just the check. Thank you guys!

I was having trouble getting air in my tires the other day, I stopped at three different gas stations, and they were all either broken or very inaccurate. Then I saw the Jiffy Lube on Old St. Augustine Rd across the street, and decided to stop in. Thank God I did! Turns out the gas station machines put over 50+ psi in all my tires! I asked for help and Jonah and Jacon were amazing. They set all my tires to the correct pressures and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I just moved into the area and now I know exactly where I will be bringing my vehicles for service! Thank you J&J!!
