Beyond five stars doesn’t even begin to cover it. We just moved here from out of town, and from the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome. The team is not only knowledgeable and informative, but genuinely kind and full of personality. They kept us laughing the entire time while still making sure we understood everything we needed. It’s rare to find service like this. I already know this is where I’ll be coming back to.

SV and Jojo were incredible they helped me out when another Jiffy Lube in West Palm Beach forgot to put the plate back correctly underneath my car when they change the oil

Was helped by Rick and Zack and they did an excellent job. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Place closes at 6:00 and I showed up at 5:50. They helped me with a smile and took great care of my vehicle. Highly recommend

Rich went out of his way to help us with our engine leaking issues and took incredibly good care of our car. I would recommend this jiffy lube to anyone.

I use the Jiffy Lube on San Jose and Loretto. I've got a car, 2018 Kia Sorrento with a GDI engine. This particular engine burns oil. You can't see it, but every 200 miles I stop by for a top off. I've done this several times. But on one occasion, there was a new girl. And after the top off, she said they might be ending my agreement. She said something about too many visits. I have had great service from these guys. I was taken aback by this girl, who apparently is some kind of manager. I'm considering going back to Take5. The guys are great. I'd recommend them in a heart beat. If your vehicle doesn't go through oil, you're going to get great service.

Assistant manager and Lead manager were very professional and handled our new vehicle with great care.

I drove up 30 minutes before they were closing. The manager made sure I got the oil changed and i was taken care of. A bunch of great guys here. I would recommend coming out.
