Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 109 E VINE ST, KISSIMMEE, FL, 34744-4200

I've never had a bad experience at this jiffy lube. Two cars and 4 years later they've remained consistent in delivering great customer service. I'm able to stay inside the car or go inside, either way it's comfortable experience.

Jorge was amazing he gave me a good offer that I’ll never forget!!! Jorge gave me the best service with a smile and helped me out, he’s definitely the person you wanna talk to whenever you first walk into the Jiffy Lube corporation, very friendly and outgoing And 100% a people person! Thank you! Katlin

Quick and friendly service

Excellent and quick service

It was a pleasure working with Kenneth at Jiffy Lube, he was patience and kind with me. He was very thorough and explained the process, which was very helpful as a female trying to get an oil change. I highly recommend checking him out at Jiffy lube , it was the quickest oil change aive ever experienced.

Great place , awesome team

Stefan truly makes this place stand out. He provides a level of service that feels like VIP treatment at a high-end shop. This will definitely be our go-to place for car maintenance from now on.

They were so kind and generous, I just came in to get an oil change but they gave me a print out of all the things I'll need to get fixed in the near future, and since I had the front light bulb with me they changed that for me for free as well!! They also righted my air condituoner filter, because it was installed wrong it seems. They're slightly more expensive than other oil changes I've been to, but since I had a coupon it wad about the same price as the others :) I think it's totally worth it!

They are all wonderful and don’t try to cheat you

Guys here were great from out of town an they took care of me fast an efficient

Had a oil change done and I would recommend the jiffy lube in Kissimmee Florida if anybody ever wants a good oil change and done right

All the employees were good to us. They were the best I’ve ever been to a lube place before and they are the best will be going here permanently because of how they treated me.

This shop is top notch, friendly, fast and efficient!! See you soon !!! Highly recommended ??

GOOD SERVICE

The service was quick, straight forward, transparent and efficient. I used a Groupon which not everyone reads the fine print,I do, and so not everyone is aware they sakes tax is seperate. Immediately the gentlman who greeted me ,Nick, started to explain. BEFORE they even worked on my car I was given the total I had to pay and they made sure I was OK with that first. I loved that they didnt just work on my car then tell me like some places. I was jn and out in maybe 20 min

Nick, Jose, Christian, Zeus were amazing and would recommend

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. they gave legitimate repair recommendations

Nick and Stefan are so professional. Looking out for the customer. Strong recommendation

Nice quick service.

First time coming here. I usually do my own oil change. But I'm far away from home so I had no choice. The ppl that works there was friendly and nice. Easy to talk to. They did check the lights, signals to make sure they all working. Service was quick and painless. There straight forward.

Great service in and out in less than 10 minutes and they informed me of a rip in one of my tires -keeping me from getting into an accident- thank you!!

Our AC wasn't working, and our car had trouble starting, but they fixed the air filter and the starting problem.

Friendly, professional and very informative service.
