Excelente experiencia!!!

Had an oil change here in early April on my way home from Florida. I'm changing it myself today as I normally do and I find the oil filter comes off fairly easily - didn't have to destroy it - and the oil pan plug is in good condition (not my normal experience with commercial garages). Oil filter is also dated and has 2 sets of initials on it, installer and QC person. Nice job Gentlemen!!

Gary was absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, he walked me through every step. After he showed me a few filter filters in my car, it was filled So much dirt and more. The car, it no doubt I needed to replace them. I found my experience to be very pleasant and I owe all that to Gary.!! He was so great explaining everything to me. And it was on a Saturday I pulled in at 3:55pm and they close @4pm! You would not have known that though. They were quick to get me in and take exceptional care of my car, and educated me along the way!! Gary in the office should be a GM!! He absolutely is excellent at his job! 10-STARS ??

They got me in and out in under 20 minutes, provided great customer service, and kept it professional and honest. Prices are cheaper than what toyota charges for a full synthetic oil change. Look online for deals and you can save a little more.

This morning, I decided to give my VW GTI the oil change she needed. She was close to 1100 miles overdue. Anyway, I pulled into the Jiffy Lube on hwy 90 (store #1832). The staff there were very professional, they were efficient, the way they performed each step of the process (oil change + coolant flush/and refill) it was as if they knew what they were doing... ;) lol .. seriously though, it was a pleasant experience the staff friendly, professional, and polite. The facility itself was very clean, inside and out... BIG KUDOS to manager Cody G. and his crew... shout out to Adam W. too.. I said all that to say this... if you need an oil change, and have little time go see Cody G and his crew they'll get you done nd out in a Jiffy....

Highly recommend the lake city Jiffy Lube! It was hot today yet all the guys were friendly and smiling. Very helpful and even nice to my little dog who enjoyed getting to watch all the action.
