Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 6770 US HIGHWAY 98 N., LAKELAND, FL, 33809

In and out pretty quick. Nice people. Price was reasonable with the $26 coupon.

Not happy about the $4.99 special filter fee. Just another way to nickel and dime.

Great customer service and easy to get in since they have my info in the system from prior visits.

Went in to have my oil changed and the staff was really nice and professional. Got in. Got out. Thanks for a great experience.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service of Ivan. He’s one of the reason why I go to this Jiffy Lube over the other locations. I moved from North Lakeland to South Lakeland. He is so thorough, polite and professional.

Good job. Well done and quick service with a coupon.

Ivan is an excellent employee. He is always helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He gave me the information I needed to move forward with the care of my vehicle.

Guys we’re knowledgeable and very kind.

They did an excellent job.

Came in for an oil change, and they immediately got to work. Let me know about my dirty oil from personally going over the mileage, they cleaned it up and even provided estimates for work to be done in the near future. Wouldn't go anywhere else, I trust the employees and managers on duty. Ivan is so transparent and Frankie is straight forward. I love the place.

Thank you guys, I appreciate your job

The female corporate trainer was very insightful and highly knowledgeable of my requirements. Completed my requirements and extended a lot of politeness! I hope her training will keep that crew in good standing! Appreciate ya!

Didn't check air and cabin filters. Had to remind them to torque lugs. Otherwise very good.

The gentleman explain what was being done to my car. He was very kind. Plus offers to keep my car running properly.

Friendly, timely and informative! Never heard of getting an oil system flush. Raised the miles per gallon by over 5. WOW

They get it done quick and always reliable for the last 3+ years

The gentlemen were very courteous. They were very professional. Went over the services with me along with things they found during their inspection. Ivan went above and beyond to explain everything to me. When I was leaving he was such a gentleman and opened the door and walked me to my car and also opened my car door. Thanks again for a great experience!!!!
