I initially came in for an oil change but left feeling like family. Nenea, I’m pretty sure that I spelled her name wrong and I’m so sorry but you and your team took such great care of me and my children on Friday afternoon. I know it was almost time to go but you guys didn’t rush through my service. Your team, helped me figure out where my brake fluid was leaking and helped me get a great deal on some tires. I just wanted to say keep going the extra mile. It definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Everyone on your team gave something special even the young man and lady that helped pin the shield up underneath the car. You guys took the worry so that I didn’t have too… Me and my family appreciates everyone. #JiffySquad

Excellent staff and management! Everyone was courteous and professional from the start! Up front pricing. Quick service while I sat in my car. Nena, the manager, was hands on and even helped me pull my car into the bay. Ill definitely be going back to the S. Fla. Avenue location in Lakeland.

I had a wonderful experience. The manager Nena and her crew were very kind and respectful. I got my engine flushed and oil changed very fast.

This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and my main goal was to find a shop where I wasn't going to get ripped off (*cough cough* Take 5 Oil). The staff here at Jiffy was professional and didn't give me the run around or try to push me into getting services I wasn't looking for. They were upfront about everything, especially Alex; he answered all of my questions for everything that was getting done today and estimates for services in the future. The shop also took $30 off my conventional oil change, so I only paid $50 when it was all said and done. As of right now, it's safe to say I'll be making another trip back here when it's time for my next oil change ??

Had a great experience today, came in for a quick oil change and the technician Nena was very helpful. She explained the gunk that was building and was able to do a flush to clean it out. Was given a great price as well!

I've been here for a few times already and this time Nena took good care of me and gave me a great service and she was very informative also!

This has been my go-to service shop for over a decade and two vehicles… today’s visit was terrific and the team was awesome. Nena and Caridad showed their leadership skills as they trained a newer associate. Gabriel and Alejandro were polite and thorough. No heavy sales tactics or pressure… Nena provided “good, better, best” options on windshield wipers and answered all of my questions during the visit. Highly recommend!

This is my second time here and I love it. Ro and Nena were amazing. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me anything I didnt need and were just genuinely helpful and kind. Ill be back for my breaks soon!!

The staff was great, friendly and quick at their job. It didn’t feel like they were trying to hassle money from you like other places. Geishley was so helpful at explaining everything and finding the best price.

I had a great experience getting my car maintenance done. I came in for an oil change which needed to be flushed. Nana was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The process was quick, straightforward, and stress free. Excellent customer service from start to finish thank you to all the staff who worked together I’ll definitely be back.

They did a great job with the oil change, but neglected to do any of the extra services like check the air pressure, or fill the fluids, even after I asked if it was done.Kind of disappointing but was very impressed with the customer service and short wait times.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Dale Mabry next to the Chipotle today around 5:30pm and receive excellent customer service by Tamiko James and his team. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out In no time. My car felt so smooth driving on the highway, as I drive from tampa to winter haven every day. So a good oil change is imperative. Greatly appreciate him and his team for ensuring my car was in good order. I definitely recommend this location. Thanks!

I received the best customer service from this place. Nana who was my tech was VERY Knowledgeable and even caught a oil leak in my valve gasket that I wouldn't of known had I not gone in there that day.She also told me I needed 2 front tires. She recommended synthetic oil which she said was better for my car. I immediately took car to the dealer since I was planning a road trip up in a couple of weeks and they confirmed I did have a oil leak. If there was a 10 ?? option I would definitely give her that. She saved my engine had she not caught that oil leak! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great place to get a oil change. Air pressure checked, fluid levels checked oil and oil filter changed, all in about 8 minutes. Excellent customer service

Great experience. The guys were thorough, it was a bit slow for a 15 minute oil change. You’ll need 40 minutes but worth it.

A lot of crooks in lakeland but not here. Easy, fast and respectful.

The staff at this location were pleasant and they got my vehicle right in. The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. However, I felt the cost was a bit much for what I had done: $161 for a simple oil change and tire rotation seems a little steep. And that was after applying a $26 coupon I found online.

Been here twice, both time staff are pleasant,welcoming, the though of being able to stay in your car as they work on it it satisfying. Work well, fast, and efficient. Took my nephew here to get his car done. This is OUR place for our cars. Thank you all for the service.
