Great experience ??

Friendly, efficient and provided excellent customer service

best jiffy lube in florida!

I came in on the Sunday of the last Labor Day holiday weekend - and while understaffed which is to be expected of said holiday weekend, the team was quick and efficient. I commend the service center to having a team lead by Latavis, whom is the Service Manager and guides the process for repairs with ease and not a pushy approach. She is recommending and allowing the client to make an educated decision, and informing of all costs and with transpency of the repair need (urgent or not). She is patient with all questions and provided excellent customer service. I always had a great experience at my previous location (Sunrise/Lauderhill) and glad to have found this one upon moving. Thank you for a great service experience!

Each Bay has a timer now. This helps the team to remain focus and time conscious to get you on your way !!

Customer service very kind and service efficient. Great job

????? Exceptional service at Jiffy Lube in Lauderdale Lakes! I came in to have my battery checked, and the entire team provided outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Miss Marie, Latavious, Daniel, Gary (Area Manager), and the store manager for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to take the time to explain what was needed. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service. They made the process easy, stress free, and efficient.
