Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to take the time to explain what was needed. I want to leave this review because I am truly satisfied with the service. I was helped by a group of young professionals who were polite, respectful, and highly professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and dedication they showed while working on my car. My vehicle has 370,800 miles, which really caught their attention—at their young age, they probably hadn’t seen a car with that many miles before. Even so, they treated my car with great care, patience, and respect, as if it were their own. It’s clear they have a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a genuine desire to do things right. I definitely recommend their service and wish them continued success.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. From the moment I arrived, the service was quick and organized. The lady at the front counter was very kind, welcoming, and helpful in explaining everything. The rest of the team worked efficiently and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how they handled everything professionally. I would definitely recommend this location.

Today I walked into Jiffy lube. I was having a really tough morning. I was in a bad space and my energy was off. Mary was kind, and she listened to my issue that I was having with my vehicle. Mary picked up on it. Her customer service was great and she made me smile. Something I wasn’t doing prior to walking in the establishment. When I left I was in good spirits and realized I had a lot to smile about even when having a tough morning. Thank you Mary keep doing what you’re doing. Thank you for your services.

Great customer service, I arrived at opening time and was ushered in a few minutes early. Marie E. is an absolute delight, the team with Delice, Sean and Jose were all communicating and assisting one another. They informed me of all parts that needed changing or replacing, honored deals in store and spoke about services which would assist in the longevity of my car. I live a few minutes away and will surely return to have my vehicles services there simply because of the morning team. 10/10 experience, clean bathrooms, warm welcomes and very informative.
