Steve, the store manager, was very kind and polite and patient. He answered all my questions and talked to me through the process. I just came to the area for three months and I will definitely be back to Jiffy Lube for my car needs. He went above and beyond. That’s what I call service!

The guys at this location were very thorough and did a wonderful job. I was in and out in less time than I expected. Sat in my vehicle the whole time while they worked on it. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Came in to the Macclenny location today for an oil change. I dealt with Shane, Kaleb and Steve. They were so professional yet so friendly. Fantastic customer service skills. They checked the filters, tire pressure and made sure everything was topped off and completed. They even asked if I had any questions regarding todays service. I was in and out in approximately 15-20 minutes. I love this place. Thank you for an excellent job. As always I will be back . Keep up the great work guys . You are all amazing! ??

The store manager is really good and super honest about the price! He will come to you and tell you what your car needs and if you want to install it or not!

I stopped in for an oil change before making a long trip. The professionals here not only took care of my oil change but also cleaned my headlights. I’d been told before that they were too old and damaged to clean well. The guys here made them look like new. I am so grateful, and feel much safer for my journey.

Friendly polite techs work here. I was in and out in no time. Unlike other places, and I know this is a small thing,the Jiffy Lube sticker peels off without sticking too hard to your windshield and since mine has been tinted, it doesn’t ruin my tint every time they change the oil and update the sticker. Other places have pulled the corner of my tint down when they change their stickers because of the glue.
