Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1991 N WICKHAM RD, MELBOURNE, FL, 32935-8105

I worked with someone named O'Neill. Very very nice guy. Saved me money where you could. The whole staff is very pleasant. Actually asked how we were doing in the lobby. Great vibe. I've been here before and I will continue coming back.

Quick, friendly, and professional service at Jiffy Lube. The oil change was completed in a timely manner, and the staff was courteous throughout the process. Overall, a good experience!

Amazing service always. Friendly and kind and very informative. As a women I never feel pressured todo things right in the moment. They always educate me about my car which I appreciate being a girl in her 20’s. Kourtney & Mike are always there for me as a customer .

Good service, good customer service!

Kourtney was super helpful and explained everything to me! Will definitely be back instead of the overcharging dealer. Also my oil change and tire rotation was done in 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon- can’t beat that! Thankful for speed, efficiency, and not breaking the bank

Great service!! And great price!! Kourtney was friendly and informative, she didn’t try and push me or upsell me. She told me what she recommended and took the time to explain why!! I would definitely recommend!

Fast excellent service. Friendly staff.

The staff was friendly, quick, and actually explained what my car needed without trying to upsell me on random stuff. I stayed in my car, the service was fast, and I was back on the road in no time. Clean shop, professional crew, zero stress. Definitely coming back.

I’ve been coming here for years, very efficient and friendly!

they take pride in helping melbourne drivers feel safe on the road

Great service with friendly staff.

Great experience

Needed a diagnostic as my Nissan Pathfinder sounded labored when I started it. When I got there they seemed very busy so I decided to go to Gattos. Gattos wanted $42 for battery diagnostic and $135 + for full diagnostic. Sat there for half an hour ( they weren’t busy either) with empty bays and decided to cancel and go back to Jiffy. I arrived and Killian showed me to the waiting area. It wasn’t two minutes and he said it was the battery. Gave me a price and literally 5 min later I was out of there. And no charge for diagnostic!!! Great service. Thanks you Jiffy Lube

Fast and great customer service!

Very quick and they give great advice. They do not push you to buy what you don't need like some places.10/10

Amazing staff, get the job done, telling you what you actually need as opposed to Pep Boys who I witnessed trying to sell repairs that they were making up it was very clear after listening to staff talking and then to customers. I now trust Jiffy Lube! Jeff went above and beyond! Most impressed ??
