I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube! I called on a Friday just five minutes before closing to ask if I still had time to get an oil change, and they kindly told me to come in. They actually stayed open for me, which I truly appreciated since it was an emergency. The drive-thru service was exactly as advertised—I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They changed my oil, checked and topped off my windshield washer fluid, filled the air in all of my tires, inspected the filter, and made sure everything was in great shape. A special thank you to the manager, Marta Reyes, who was so kind and welcoming. She made the entire experience even better with her excellent customer service. The price was great, the service exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube, especially if you’re in a last-minute situation or emergency like I was. I’ll definitely be coming back! ¡Tuve una experiencia excelente en Jiffy Lube! She made the whole process easy and made sure I understood the services my vehicle needed. The service was fast, and everything was completed efficiently.
