I just want to share what an amazing experience I had with Jiffylube. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Diego. After we parked the car, we walked over to his computer and he informed me of all the oil services they offered. When he checked my vechicle, he made some amazing recommendations for a B12 oil change. He went above and beyond to show me how my coolant was low and showed me my cars filter before replacing. Meanwhile, the manager, Oscar, took some time to explain various sevices that they offered and answered all my questions about certain things I was concerned about me car. Both Oscar and Diego made great recommendations and made me feel confidant that the services I selected were necessary. Their patience to explain the reason for their recommendations and I truly felt at ease having my car serviced at Jiffylube near dadeland. Thank you to both you for really demonstrating a superb level of expertise, customer service and care.

I always stop by here for my oil changes and other car service needs. Met new Manager Oscar who was excellent. Oscar and the staff worked well, quickly, solved me problems, gave me recommendations, and always professionally. See you soon, thank you!

Comped the next service we needed on one of other cars. We’ll remain Jiffy customers for life.. Thanks Victor!! Stay away from the Jiffy lube on 97th and S Dixie Hwy!! Went for oil change tire rotation and fuel filter service. Per website estimate was $275. Tried to up charge me to $512 for the work claiming labor wasn’t included and it would be another $200+ … left and went to Jiffy lube on 117 and Sunset and had everything done for $275…

The Jiffy Lube located on US1 9736 s Dixie HWY The manager charged me $200 for a battery replacement counted the money with me stepped inside the office after five minutes he comes back with the receipt of $300 has no explanation proceeds to charging me the hundred more dollars ends up giving me a 25% discount for some reason I still ended up paying $300.

We service our vehicles for scheduled maintenance at Jiffy Lube instead of the dealer because we do not need an appointment, we do not to have to get up at 7:00am to wait on line for service on a Saturday at the dealer, the service personnel is friendly, quick and honest. We will continue servicing our vehicles at Jiffy Lube

Amazing service, the staff Jason and Gabriel were super nice and proficient in getting my car checked out, the lobby was super clean and management was on top of everything, This is a top-tier shop. Thank you guys , for being honest and helping me out with my car.

A bit expensive but the service is quality. They will always try to sell you other accessors is their job, just say no, it happens everywhere in the world. I made the oil/filter theoca and rechanged the dreio fluid that was low. I spent $220 on both services. I was on site for 45 minutes.

I went into Jiffy Lube tonight for a quick oil change that was due on my car , I was taken care by an employee named by Cesar, I can say he was super friendly and kind and very courteous , he did an outstanding job on telling me what was wrong with my air conditioner . I always like to go to places and feel welcomed and be taken care of by a great staff. That's how customer's should be treated always. I Defintely recommended his service to anyone else out there going to get their car serviced.
