I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube and wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team there. A couple of months ago, I called needing an oil change the same day before driving from Miami to Orlando. Austin C answered the phone, and from the very beginning he had such positive energy, was extremely professional, and genuinely wanted to help. He made it happen for me, got everything done quickly and properly, and really took a lot of stress off my shoulders before my trip. Then recently, my dashboard showed that my oil was low, so I called again and the team kindly topped off my oil at no charge as a courtesy. That level of customer service is rare these days and was very appreciated. I unfortunately did not get the name of the gentleman in charge that day, but he was incredibly kind and helpful. I visited on Tuesday, May 26 around 4:50 PM. The technician who topped off the oil was named Edwin, and he was also very courteous and professional. Everyone there has been understanding, welcoming, positive, and truly focused on helping customers. You can tell they care about doing the job right and treating people well. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone who needs an oil change or service for their vehicle. Thank you again to Austin C, Edwin, and the whole team for the excellent service!

I visited Jiffy Lube on Biscayne today, and the customer service was exceptional. I was able to get my oil change completed at a very reasonable price, and the service was both efficient and professional. What stood out most was the honesty and transparency of the staff. They recommended services that were genuinely needed without making me feel pressured or upsold on unnecessary repairs. That level of professionalism and integrity is greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

8295 Biscayne Blvd has been a fast,fun,friendly location all the workers there have great attitudes and Especially the manager Ronnie S he always tell me what issues I needed to work on with my car and it break down and knowledge is amazing he gets a 5/5 stars for his hard work Thank you

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Austin, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to clearly explain what my car needed without making me feel pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. Austin made the whole process smooth and efficient while still making sure everything was done thoroughly. His customer service skills really stood out — he was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I left satisfied. It’s not often you come across someone who takes that much pride in their work and treats customers with such respect. Because of Austin, I’ll definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

The whole crew was absolutely wonderful. Austin has a personality out this world definitely a people person. Terrance put a lil razzle dazzle on my lil oil change, my car running like brand new. I ask Ronnie to check to see if my car was good to get on the road and he did just that !! Let me know I have a minor oil leak explain it to me, but also reassured it will not stop my road trip. I had the best experience at jiffy live. In and out. Friendly, professional & set me at ease with the process. Ronnie was amazing, the GM. Also, another guy who helped above the trench was AMAZING. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN OLD CAR, ther e was no judgement. Great great great jobs guys!!!

Awesome experience, came in from Ohio needing get oil taken care of before I headed home, guys were super professional and knew what they were doing, coming from a guy that builds cars. Also shop was super clean and complementary coffee was great!
