I stopped by for a routine oil change and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. The staff greeted me right away and explained what services they would be performing. While they worked on my car, they checked several other basic items like fluids and tire pressure. The entire visit didn’t take long, and the team was polite and professional the whole time. Overall it was a simple and convenient experience.

The service was ;Oil _filters changes .including also ; Tires pressure review,...etc.the employee in charge explained to me many maintenance details .Again thank you for the good service received it strongly suggest Jiffy Lube.

I gave them a call when I was stuck in traffic to ask if I could stop by for a oil change even though they were 20 min from closing. The guy was so kind over the phone and said they’d wait for me. Loved the customer service and attention I received from all of them once I arrived. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick oil change. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, too. It’s included in their service but not something I get at Pepboys so that extra bit was appreciated. There’s a coupon online or you can use the current promotion they have ($20 off). Oh, and they have bilingual staff.

Last September, I had a terrible experience here poor customer service, delays, and overall frustration. I left upset and wouldn’t have recommended this place to anyone. Fast forward to today, and I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the new staff greeted me kindly, the manager was great, and the gentleman who worked on my car took the time to show me what was wrong and explain everything clearly. The lady who helped me at checkout was also amazing. This experience was a complete turnaround friendly, helpful, and professional. I want to thank both of them for making me feel welcome and comfortable. Because of them, I now feel confident recommending this place again.

WOAH! CRAZY FASTTT! Beware, you might THINK you're going to be there a while but they got me in and out in 15 minutes! Coming from a 4 hr oil change process, that makes a ENORMOUS difference. Twice the price, BUT SO WORTH IT! The guy even told me; "We know time is money, thats why we do what we do." SPOT ON. 5 STARS!!! ?????????? RECOMMENDED 100%
