The staff were very nice and helpful. Mr. Jean was excellent; he goes above and beyond to explain things and show me everything. I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, but the staff were very helpful and informative. I strongly recommend them. Overall, I am highly satisfied.

Jean K was super accommodating on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change! I was in the area when I noticed I had my change oil sign on, and had to get it done urgently. I called less than 15 minutes before this location was closing for the day at 4pm. Jean K told me if I could make it there before 4pm, he would help me with an oil change. Made it at 3:58pm and he honored his promise. I was the last car of three they were still attending, and it all took 30 minutes total (including wait time). I was out and back in the road by 4:30pm. Thanks, Jean K!

Great service! The manager Audi was superb. He greeted me at the entrance, asked which service I recommend and even came out with a sheet that explained different selections of oil for my vehicle. Kenny the gentleman who worked on my car was excellent as well. He filled up all fluids and I had an issue with my windshield wiper fluid nozzle that was completely missing. He took his time to locate it and assisted me with filling that up as well. He helped me with resetting my car system to know when I should come back for service as well. They took their time in detail with explaining other additional services that I needed and I will be getting these services done on my next visit! Great seamless service!

Good service. Just drove up . In and out in 15 minutes. Price was reasonable.

I had a tremendous wait here. They did the standard up selling and that's fine. The service was polite and attentive when they did get to me so I appreciate that. I'll visit again..

Great experience

The service was exceptional. Very little wait time on a Monday at 11:30ish. The price was reasonable with my $30 off coupon for a synthetic oil change.

The employees were very nice, friendly, and the work performed was professional and fast.

I always go to Jiffy Lube whenever its time to to get my Oil changed ?? they give me great service and they are usually more the on person working on my car they give me top notch service evertime I go there

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube! The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions. They even offer complimentary tire pressure checks and windshield wiper fluid refills, which was a nice bonus. The environment was welcoming, and when I asked about services they didn’t provide, they gave us great recommendations. The entire oil change took only about 15 minutes — quick, efficient, and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service!

Best place for an Oil change as long as you have a Coupon... Just be aware that they will try to make you do some other kind of maintenance in your vehicle. Last time I went, the service was great and the employes were really Friendly. BUT... they were telling me that I needed to replace my wipers, when i had them replace 2 weeks before that.. -__-"
