Great service. I was here prior to this time, and was advised of an oil leak. I went to a mechanic recommended by a friend and he told me there was no oil leak. I did not stopped checking since the advised came from Jiffy Lube employee who was not benefiting for the information. I called my mechanic who now lives in Sebring, he came to Naples and checked for me. The information was correct I Had a very small leak corrected on time thanks to the crew at Jiffy Lube who seems to care about their customers. I will continue coming to Jiffy Lube and appreciating your services and the honesty and care of your employees. THANK YOU! ??

Just got my oil changed on my 2013 BMW 5 series. Brian originally answered the phone and was very helpful and patient with all my questions about coupons. When I got there there were 2 people ahead of me in line. I only waited less than 30 mins for my turn. Everyone I encountered was very professional and friendly. I will definitely go back there at the golden gate location to give them my business.

Jiffy on golden gate here in Naples is a solid business with polite employees. I just stopped by to have my tire pressure adjusted in all 4 tires after my rogue told me a few were a few pounds off. I had to wait about 4 or 5 minutes before someone came out to the car but, once there he quickly jumped to the task at hand and adjusted them all in minutes. No charge of course since this is the same location I use for my synthetic oil changes.

We brought our BMW to Jiffy Lube and received exceptional service. Much better and faster service than we have ever received from BMW shop and the price was much less. The manager, Jeremy, showed us our air filter that looked as if it had never been changed since we bought our car 2 yrs ago. We would gladly reccommend Jiffy Lube to anyone wanting quick, professional, reasonably priced service.

I only leave reviews when I’m either extremely impressed or genuinely disappointed and in this case, I’m beyond impressed. I had to take a moment to recognize Jeremy and the entire team at Jiffy Lube. Jeremy is truly a kind soul genuine, respectful, and refreshingly honest. From the moment I pulled in, I felt at ease. There was no pressure, no upselling, just real people doing honest, solid work. Everyone I interacted with was down-to-earth and sincere, and you could feel that they actually care. That level of authenticity is rare these days, especially in places where you often feel rushed or uncertain. I left feeling confident, taken care of, and genuinely thankful. I always come here for my oil changes. They do a great job, very straight forward and if they notice anything else that needs to be done they let you know and ask if you want it done or not. Never had an issue with them. Update: I'm changing my review to 4 stars, some others may feel it should be a one star but I understand this was a honest mistake by an employee who was probably new and learning the ropes, and this was my first problem here after coming for a few years. I went to Jiffy Lube this afternoon and requested just a oil change, nothing more. I waited with one of my friends in the lounge and watched the staff work on my vehicle. They removed a filter before putting it back signaling it was in good shape. I watched a young man check the oil level after it was changed and toss the dip stick under the hood of the vehicle. When one of the older staff members walked by he asked the young man if my vehicle was finished to which he had said it was. Now with my first issue, I never saw anyone put the dipstick back where it was supposed to be so when a gentleman was getting me checked out I asked if someone could double check and make sure the dipstick was put back because the last one who checked the oil did not put it back to which he said," Yes we checked and the dipstick was put back." Never got up from his seat to check or ask another employee to check for us. So in my mind I was like ok whatever I'll check myself. So I told my friend to hang out in the car because I could see the dipstick under the hood. I grabbed it from under the hood and walked into the bay area and kindly asked one of the staff members if it could be put back, to which this staff member did give a small reprimand to the young man who was helping to work on my vehicle. Long story short I noticed while driving the car that the engine was jumping or completely stuttering so I immediately drove back and politely relayed the issue. Both gentleman were very nice as I expressed the problem and that it wasn't happening until after getting the car back. They informed me that it is a sensor issue based on the reader they had and my check engine light being on (It was on prior). I did express my concern that the engine was not behaving the way it was at all prior to getting the car back but both of them were very nice and explained how to fix the problem and one of them informed me that my father could fix the problem very easily by replacing the sensors when I had asked. So my dad comes to look at the vehicle and immediately after popping the hood he found one of the parts was never plugged back in then he drove the car around and the engine ran smoothly; he explained what the issue was to me and he was angry that nobody bothered to look under the hood when I had driven back, I know it may have been busy and its an honest mistake, so he had me call to inform what the issue was. A discount was given to me and its appreciated. But I feel when a customer expresses two different problems it should be checked and even if you guys needed a moment to catch up with work I would've happily waited for someone to double check because in the end its better to be patient then to drive away and god forbid a vehicular accident occurs. I understand if this young man was new and learning the ropes and I'm not upset by all means because we are human and we make mistakes, but maybe 2 people should double check or it should be protocol for someone to double check themselves before sending someone on their way. And always triple check if a customer expresses something concerning right after an oil change with you guys.
