I have been a loyal customer at this Jiffy Lube location for about 2 1/2 three years now and have been helped every time by Justin Franklin and I know that I am going to be treated with such great care. I absolutely love the fact that I am never pressured into purchasing any add-ons like other places and the fact that not only does Justin Franklin in detail, explain the recommendations. He also prints them out on my invoice and highlights the The top recommendations that are important. I think Justin Franklin deserves a raise and an award for outstanding Customer Service!!! They do a great job

The attendants were so helpful. Headlight bulb, directional and oil change. I called first so I had a coupon for $15 off. Every little bit helps.

Friendly and competent

This is my go-to place for quick and easy oil changes. Today, I got my alignment fixed with my oil change and they did a great job with a quick turnaround. They don't try to up-sell you on services you don't need or make you feel pressured if there is something that needs to be addressed. The people who work here are super friendly and efficient. Today, Tiffany and Brennan worked on my car and kept me informed the entire way.

My daughter was in trouble: low-oil pressure light and oil leaks on her Ford CMax Hybrid. The team at 1600 Price Creek Way North Port, FL 34288 (store #3811?) went above and beyond to help her. From a gratis diagnosis to writing up the cause: loose oil filter from a Walmart oil change. The team tightened the oil filter, wrote up the diagnosis and had her return to the Walmart to be resolved. That's what she did and that's what happened: fixed and cleaned the car as well. This would not have happened had it not been for your teammates at the North Port store. Well done. You've gained 2 new customers at that store: my daughter and I. Cy'all soon! ...and TY from a Dad.

I recently moved here, and this is the first place I went to because of its reviews and location. First visit was Patrick and Brennan, and they were kind, efficient and answered all my questions. It was obvious my car needed an oil change because it's sounded and drove a lot better. Second go around was Tiffany, Justin, and manager whose name I didn't catch. Tiffany and Justin specifically were super knowledgeable and thoughtful. They went through a report with me that outlines everything I need to keep on eye on moving forward. This is my go to spot for my cars maintenance/oil change because of the staff. They are consistent and provide excellent customer service.

Nicholas was prompt, thorough, communicative and friendly. My first experience was great but I thought they did quick oil changes (15 minutes) and I was there about an hour. I don’t know if it was my car or the busy day?

Made logical choices from what suggestions they gave me. They did a fine job in a reasonable time frame.

Timothy in the shop is running a tight ship.
