I almost did not go because of the recent reviews but did wind up in their garage and they were fine. It was $118 for a synthetic blend oil change. They also flushed the gunk out of the system, replaced a gasket, topped fluids and showed me some tips for the transmission fluid in my 30 year old vehicle. Coupons were also applied. I have on complaints and would go again.

This is the fourth time I At services done at this location and they are excellent fair and honest

Extremely well managed location. Very trustworthy an efficient. From my first visit, I immediately realized that I will not be taking my car anywhere but there for service. I had no idea an I remain very impressed regarding the vast extent of services provided by Jiffy Lube. Gary!, the manager is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Pricey but nice good customer service and a clean store

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Today i came to this location for the first time to get a routine oil change. Fully expected to be in and out within an hour. Shortly into my visit, the manager came up to me and explained that one of the parts broke when it was being removed. He explained that it could take a few hours to get the part replaced. Immediately i became distressed knowing that i would have to wait around for longer than i expected while also possibly being responsible for paying for the replacement part. Recognizing my distress, the manager and his team continued to check in on me. Within 15 minutes he came back and shared great news that the part would be arriving shortly and they would not charge me for the part. He and his team continued to check in on me and updating me as the part arrived and so on. My trip time ended up being slightly over the hour i expected HOWEVER i am extremely impressed with the way this team handled the situation ensuring they satisfied me as their first time customer. Moral of the story: mistakes are inevitable. i understood this, and so did they. it’s not about aiming for perfection and fully eliminating mistakes. it’s about how you respond to them ensuring your customers are satisfied and i couldn’t be more impressed with the way this team responded. Great service ??. Came here, because my steering wheel was shaking. Their technician inspected everything and turned out that my wheels didn't get properly balanced by the tirw shop. They also found a dent on my rim, which again was missed by the tire shop. Definitely recommend. I wanted to take a moment to commend the entire team for their outstanding service. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with professionalism and a friendly attitude. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the manager. He went above and beyond to help me finding old service records that I needed to file a claim at the dealership. This kind of leadership sets the tone for the entire shop, and it shows. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future service and will recommend it to others without hesitation.

I've never been disappointed at this location. Everyone is super nice and competent in what they are doing! Kaitlyn is extremely impressive! Kaitlyn's knowledge and her expertise is topnotch! I trust her completely when working on my vehicles. I highly recommend this location.

Great experience. Went here for a break fluid exchange after my breaking system lights turned on. Spent $117 (including tax) for my 2017 civic which is $70 less than Honda. I had recently had my car detailed and I thought the issue was water in the sensors but thankfully it was just the fluids. Right now I’m pleased with the outcome and grateful that Jiffy Lube had knowledgeable employees that worked very quickly and didn’t push me to do anything else. Looking forward to coming back again.

I needed a quick oil change and randomly chose this location. Today, they have found a new client. They were all great and explained everything that was going to happen. They even told me that I didn’t need a service.that I was requesting . honesty goes a long way. Thank you!!

Went in for an oil change ended up getting a whole bunch of other things done very expensive but they know what they're talking about and the staff is friendly changed filters cleaned our windows of course change the oil also check the tires the whole nine and the man inside was super helpful and knowledgeable about struts and tires we were driving back from Florida to New York so we had to get the oil changed glad we did the AC is working 100% better by just changing the two filters

Service was great. But I feel it was a bit over priced and they kept trying to add things to fix.

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on Short Avenue and State Road 54. Gary and Nick provided excellent customer service and were of great assistance to me. I highly recommend this company for automotive services.

Kaityln S. and her team (another young woman and gentlemen whose names I didn't get) changed my oil on the evening of July 1st. Let me just say, that despite me being the only person there, they were eager to help me the moment I walked in the door. Almost like they were expecting me. I immediately felt welcomed. Not only did these kids get my oil changed in about half the amount of time it normally takes, despite it being like I said a slow, Monday evening, they vacuumed my car thoroughly and reset my maintenance light for me. In the past, my maintenance light had to be reset by me, and the vacuuming wasn't anything to complain about considering it's a free included service, but let's just say it was a lot better this time. Kaitlyn physically showed me both my oil filter and air cabin filter, which is also a first for me. Usually the guy at any place I go to just says "did you wanna change ____ out or not" without providing any insight. I felt valued and respected as a customer. To top it all off, I had showed Kaityln a photo of a digital coupon prior to getting my estimate, but unfortunately my phone battery was low and died on me before I paid. Kaitlyn was able to remember the coupon code, and thanks to her I was able to save 20 dollars on my oil change. In this economy, that 20 dollar difference is significant for a working class person such as myself. It means a lot and it shows that she cares about her customers and values their business. I was having a rough day Monday. But the ten minutes I spent inside this Jiffy Lube really turned it around for me. Imagine that- your bad day being turned around because of an oil change. Not a Starbucks coffee, or a visit to Publix- but at a Jiffy Lube. If I knew the same two girls and one gentlemen would be there all the time, I'd never go anywhere else to have maintenance done on my car. Thank you guys!
