Jiffy Lube on Enterprise in Orange City. Friendly, polite and professional. Quick process. Price for an oil change could be cheaper but you're paying for the oil and labor. I'll be sure to use my $15 off coupon at my next visit.

Very good, efficient and friendly

We arrived just after opening and they jumped right into action, pulling our vehicle straight into the bay. I expected a wait time of at least 45 minutes to an hour (again, it was early) and was pleasantly surprised when it literally couldn’t have taken 15. They were very courteous and patient with my partner who can’t hear himself talk so he often talks over people. Jiffy Lube is a 5-star service station!

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years and they’ve always taken good care of me and my cars. It’s kind of been my go-to place for oil changes since forever — fast, friendly, and reliable. This time though, I was a little let down. Even with a $26 coupon, my oil change for a 10-year-old car still ended up being over $100. The crew did a good job, but man, these prices are getting out of hand. The service is still solid, just not quite what it used to be, and it’s tough to justify that kind of cost. I’m giving 4 stars because they’ve always treated me right, but I’ll probably start looking around for better value. Guess we’ve kind of grown apart over the years. I’ll be back if the price is right, but for now, I might have to see what else is out there.

The price of an oil change is double the price here compared to walmart. But the staff here is substantially better and the service is way quicker.

Good job on oil change, fair price. No pushiness, just relevant information. UPDATE: I will rate this team even higher if the repairs completed today turn out to be the long-lasting solution that I paid good money for. My crankshaft sensor, oil pan, oil pan gasket, and valve cover gasket were replaced only today and I’ve only driven 5 miles so far post-repair. So I need time to know whether this was an effective repair or not. I believe it will be a long lasting solution. What I can report with certainty, however, is that the team at this Jiffy Lube had extremely high morale and were very friendly. Anyone who complains about service in this day and age needs to visit the Jiffy Lube in Orange City. Ronny, the area manager, was helpful. He was ready to swing by a Chrysler dealership in Sanford and use his own credit card to pay for a part I needed for my Chrysler PT (the car being worked on at Jiffy Lube). It turned out we didn’t need that part, but I appreciated the gesture just the same. Adam, the man who worked on my car, was extremely good. Adam made sure he called me to give me the option of a more expensive part or a less expensive part, and he explained to me the pros and cons of each choice. I appreciated that. Donovan, who described himself as young and inexperienced, has the makings of a good mechanic. Jorge and Paytin earlier had diagnosed my problem without a hard sell. Jenn was also helpful and enjoyed meeting my daughter and telling me about her daughter who is the same age. This Jiffy Lube is able to do a frontal extraction of used oil, something that I don’t remember Valvoline being able to do. I told those guys I’d be back at least for oil changes, and I mean it. If this repair turns out to be durable, then I’ll go back for mechanical repairs as well. The price for my mechanical repairs was fair.

Today was a very pleasant visit getting my oil changed. The staff was professional and super friendly and I watched as they seem to be training someone new and doing a very positive job doing it.

I went in today to have my oil checked on my car. Did an oil change and some other recommended services. The staff is nice. This is my second time going and I never wait long. I recently moved to Sanford and still did the little drive over to them.

I took my SUV to this location for an oil change and tire rotation… and had the best experience. Ian the general manager explained the order of service and had me and the kids wait inside… where we met Kizzy, a corporate trainer who happened to be on-site today. And I’m so glad she was. The entire team was great … and they worked hard to finish out each service. Kizzy had already stayed beyond when she was supposed to leave and as she was heading out she noticed the back brakes on my vehicle were worn down… and got right to work replacing them. Because of her swift action and team player attitude, everything was completed by the official closing time. Ian and Kizzy deserve a special shoutout for their hard work and customer service.

These guys are very professional and knowledgeable had us in and out in 10mins. They explain everything quickly and with good detail. Great prices too for full synthetic. They check with us and tell us pricing on anything before doing everything. We will be coming back. Great service.
