I use to take my vehicle to Vavoline but after my last visit I was told my drain plug was stripped and they vacuumed out my oil. I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for my most recent oil change and Carlos Toro was very professional I explained to him what vavoline techs told me and he checked and showed me it was absolutely fine. This will be my GOTO place for all of my vehicles. Service was quick and clean no oil spills all over my engine as it tended to happen at vavoline causing burnt oil smell for weeks! I highly recommend this particular location for vehicle maintenance. Save yourself time, money and most importantly a headache thank you Carlos for the outstanding service and attention to my concerns.

Excellent service! They were very knowledgeable of the service offered, friendly and the job was done in efficient time. It was refreshing to receive service of that magnitude in this modern era. Fully recommend them.

I had a problem with my diesel pick up truck and took it to Carlos. They took care of it and was very reasonable with the pricing. I am from out of town and was in a bind. I felt very comfortable dealing with this company. If I could give them 10 stats, I would.

Went to jiffy’s to get an oil change and Carlos was there , he took really good care of me! Didn’t try to upsell me anything, got my oil change done and got me out of there quick! Will definitely be coming back to bring the rest of my vehicles! 100% recommend Carlos and his crew of hard workers! The way they handled everything and communicated with each other I felt like they were military men!

After being given a hard time to change the oil for my new truck at Auto Nation, I was sent to Jiffy Lube by my protection plan. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by Carlos Toro, The manager of the location and immediately got me in the bay and contacted my service plan and made all the payment arrangements. I was in and out in about less than 10 minutes! Thanks Carlos!

Carlos was the best. He told me my brakes were completely gone and when he took them off he should me and they were completely gone. The absolute kindest people work here. They were fantastic. Showed me everything that needed to be done so I felt informed and gave me fantastic tips on getting stains out of seats. This is my second time in this location and I wish I could recommend them higher.
