Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 5619 W COLONIAL DR, ORLANDO, FL, 32808-7613

the manager is extremely professional as well as the staff, timely and compared to market value inexpensive for such great work

Super Friendly staff very helpful blueberry got Her stopper fixed Today super excited

Mr.Carlos Toro and staff did a fantastic job with my oil change. Carlos was entertaining and educated me on how my car’s oil works. Mr. Toro and staff were very professional and friendly.

That boy Eric with the mullet and tattoos is that guy. A man of men. His new name should be Eric Himothy. No Foreal great guy, had me in and out and recommended some maintenance I may want to take care of on my next visit.

Eric and Joshua were wonderful. They were knowledgeable. Patient understanding they asked me questions. Explain my air filters to me. They made it an enjoyable experience.

Great service, quick and easy, Definitely recommend giving manager Carlos Toro a shout for his assistance and future advice. I found a new mechanic thanks to him

The staff was extremely friendly and no wait time. I have finally found a place to rotate my Teslas tires at half the price of what most other tire centers were asking.

Excellent service, the whole crew were welcoming and awesome to the T. The gm Carlos Toro was exceptional and truly genuine. I recommend anyone to go here I know I'll be coming to this exact spot for anything needed.

Service in shop was great! the groupon i purchased was a ripoff there is no savings. I paid $34 for the groupon, then when i got there i know i need 1 additional qt of oil i have to pay for but with all the additional fees added to that i paid $21 more dollars. This still had me paying for an oil change at $55 dollars when their original cost is $59. RIPOFF

these guys did not rush the job at all , they check everything and the only thing is that did not check the air tires. I remembered after left.

Quick service for sure Will go back

Awesome service, great manager and team members. They were quick, professional and gave me honest advice. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I took my vehicle in to have the radiator replaced, and the entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient. The manager was especially great! very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you for taking care of my SUV

It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers’ time. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning!

This is my new favorite place for an oil change,no more take five lol. Carlos and his team is amazing they work very well together !!! I love them...

My second time here and each time the guys made sure to educate me on what my vehicle needs were and even helped with budget friendly options! I literally drove about 45min here today because my first experience was great and this time was no different! Carlos the manager was very welcoming, cool and felt like I knew him for ever! Josh and Eric were amazing too! They were quick and friendly. 10 out of 10 in my book!!!!

Xavier Josh and Matthew were awesome. Thank you for your help!

When it comes to services like this you are always waiting for the upsell. Not at this location. Carlos keeps it real, shows you the issues and best course of action. No upsell just real. He does that while being super personable. How many times can you say you laughed even when finding out issues about your car? I was laughing the whole time. Rest if the crew were extremely professional, efficient and kind. I had fun getting an oil change. Wild. See Carlos. He makes a difference and will take great care of your automobile.

This is the best Jiffy Lube location, really great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location and I’ll be back when I need any maintenance on my car!

They were absolutely phenomenal. I have never had my oil changed in another state before and I have to say they check way more stuff then my regular place at home. They even open the car door for you so you can go in and pay. They were so sweet and I appreciate them. I even got to use a Groupon so I got a great deal too.

Really nice guys. Very professional. Would def return.
