I really appreciated how promptly my car was serviced at this location. I came in for a brake fluid flush, and JD took the time to educate me on a few things about my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. He was efficient and helpful, and Wes, Stephanie, and Tommie were just as prompt, polite, and welcoming. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube?. From the moment I arrived, the team was very professional and attentive. The service was fast, efficient, and high quality. I especially want to highlight Érica and JD, who provided exceptional service and made sure everything was perfect. This is definitely a place you can trust and one I will return to.

We stopped here purely because I really needed an oil change, it was close by, and there was no line—sold. What we didn’t expect was such an outstanding experience. JD, the manager, and his team were enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely excited to help. My husband and I looked at each other like, “Wow… this is what great customer service feels like?” Since that’s no longer the norm, it definitely stood out. Big shoutout to everyone who worked on my car Jiffy Lube is lucky to have this team!

Came in this morning for an oil change for my daughter and I was in and out literally so fast! Everyone was super friendly, polite, and professional. I’m definitely coming back here from now on instead of going to Lexus. Thanks for the great service!

This Jiffy Lube team is always quick, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Alan M and Jonathan P really stood out by identifying a drivetrain issue on my BMW that multiple other places couldn’t diagnose, or wanted to charge excessive amounts just to take a look. They took the time to explain what they were seeing and have continued to offer helpful guidance on next steps. That kind of professionalism and insight goes a long way. I’ll definitely continue visiting this Jiffy Lube.

Getting work on my car is super intimidating cuz i’m just a girl. The guys here are super sweet, soft spoken, efficient and knowledgeable. JD, Frank and Jonathan were all so patient and kind. This is definitely where I’d go for the best customer service.

Fantastic service by the entire staff, I went on a Wednesday afternoon and the staff was pronto to help me and to give me recommendations. The service was completed in less than 30 minutes wich is fantastic. Kudos to the staff

I went to jiffy lube Pembroke Pines for oil change JD the manager was kind a true customer service class guy and frank did my oil change it was so fast so efficient. I will go to get oil change there again

NEW MANAGEMENT EXCELLENT ?

I was waiting for the survey to come through but it never did ?? Leaving Erika and JD a huge five stars. It was my first time at jiffy lube and they took great car of me in my car. Treated me like family the work environment was also great made me want to go and apply for a spot lol. Overall great experience I’d come back but only for JD and Erika.

Was met with the most delightful staff at the later hours of the day that truly would have anyone in the worst of drained spirits. Extremely kind, empathetic and considerate of my history going to that location often. Also just as transparent and honest to perform the essential services to keep my car going but not break my wallet in doing so. Very quickly and efficiently had everything done by everyone’s hands on deck for my car. Led by JD, the rest of the staff was very friendly and warm. Stephanie, Kevin, Erica, Frank, Jonathan. Maybe someone else there that I unfortunately cannot remember right now. The least painful and dreadful car care experience I have had in a truly long time. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE ! Prince , Wes , and JD treated us exceptionally well ! Our car unfortunately had some rust build up that delayed the process but the team made sure to keep us updated and maintained a positive and fun attitude throughout our wait :) Wes was very through in testing our breaks , making us feel very cared for .
