Great location , Great Employees

Shoutout to Jonathan P., Brandon A., Landon C., and Alexander N. for the great service! I came in for an oil change and ended up getting my air filter replaced as well after they completed their inspection. They answered all of my questions, let me know what needed attention now and what can wait, and never made me feel pressured. They also topped off my air and let me know I’ll need tires soon, which I appreciated. Best part? I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Quick, easy, honest service. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!

Jiffy Pembroke Pines forever has my heart! The owner and the store managers took GREAT care of me today. They really looked out for me after seeing that I was a little skeptical about getting fender liner (I think that’s what it’s called) fixed. Nothing BUT good energy from start to finish! We laughed, cracked some jokes, and they really did a great job with reassuring me that I was in good hands. 11/10 recommend. Very professional and friendly. Thank you guys for taking care of me today ??

Switching to them was a solid choice after another place flaked on me. They actually answered the phone and got the job done without any hassle. Returned for maintenance since my last visit held up nicely.

I just had my truck serviced at this Jiffy Lube, and had a great experience. I inquired about the price up front, to include online coupons. They gave me an honest and accurate quote, with no surprises at the end. They showed me that my air filter was clean, and did not need replacement, likely until the mfg recommended 20k miles. They also offered to change my wiper blades, and offered two different options of which I chose my preference. They also rotated my tires, but forgot to bill me for it upon payment. I reminded them, and they gave me an additional discount for that and the wiper blades. Everything was completed very fast. Excellent customer service. I will return, and recommend others. I'm glad they are in my community. Thank you JL Team!

It was my first time getting an oil change and I had a great first experience. Crystal, Sean, and Ean were all extremely pleasant and worked quickly to get everything done. Alexander at the front was kind, informative, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Despite going with my dad, the employees made sure to attend me and explain things to me for my understanding.

Always get our oil changes there. Fast service, great customer service and fantastic prices. Sometimes we need more than an oil change and they are able to find the issues and fix it.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube, fast, efficient service and a super friendly team. I was in and out much quicker than expected (25 min) and everyone was professional and welcoming. The whole process felt smooth and hassle-free. Definitely coming back for future maintenance!

This is my first time going to a Jiffy Lube and I wouldn’t call it an oil change. I call it an adventure, and Brian, Crystal, and Frank were my guides. ?? I had no idea that they checked on your car while you were still in it and worked on it. It was a really cool experience. Great conversation the entire time, witty banter, super entertaining. I will come back here again because of my combined enjoyable experience. they offered me lots of services. They were never pushy about anything, very nice.

Went to this Jiffy Lube location to get an oil change. AJ did most of the work and JD is the store manager. It was quick and easy with friendly and efficient service. I would come back again. Thanks a lot!

I really appreciated how promptly my car was serviced at this location. I came in for a brake fluid flush, and JD took the time to educate me on a few things about my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. He was efficient and helpful, and Wes, Stephanie, and Tommie were just as prompt, polite, and welcoming. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube?. From the moment I arrived, the team was very professional and attentive. The service was fast, efficient, and high quality. I especially want to highlight Érica and JD, who provided exceptional service and made sure everything was perfect. This is definitely a place you can trust and one I will return to.

This facility offers the best customer service I have experienced. They are always so patient with me and my son who has a zillion questions. I won't go anywhere else for my car services! Exceptional & with social distancing, you get to stay in your car while they do the oil change! Great teaching experience for littles while they stay in the car and watch. My son's day was made today (he is 6y/o).
