Great service

From start to finish this was an amazing experience! Super friendly and professional, I was in and out very quickly. It took 30 minutes for them to finish. They really did an amazing job and explained everything I needed! Shoutout to these people Aleesha, Mario, Antonella, Dixxon and Karl! I’ll be returning here for sure

Pleasantly surprised and shocked of the whole process. I changed oil on my ram 1500 diesel. No issues whatsoever. Felt like a VIP experience..

The staff were amazing and friendly. The managers and supervisors have been there for the past few years since I’ve been going back they recognize me they’re always friendly, even though that they’re busy you have a great team there even the young man asked me what pressure I would like in my tires very impressed. The manager Akim was so very kind and I thank him so much you guys are great.

It was the best experience I’ve had at this type of car service place. The staff was especially kind and helpful. They were professional and knowledgeable. I will return for service to my car and highly recommend this location (#804 on Pines) because of the staff. Yon-Alec and another young man who I don’t recall his name but had locs in his hair, were excellent.

I’m not a review kind of person but I had to shout out this location. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is working hard and together! Music on, good energy, and collective hustle. Good crew they got! My tech Jeff is probably the hardest working tech I’ve seen at a Jiffy Lube. Thanks guys

I appreciate a business that says their service will take 15 minutes and does!!! I know because I timed it. More often than not you are given this unrealistic timeline and are dissatisfied when the service far exceeds the quoted time. Not in this case!!! The Jiffy Lube team was quick, efficient, friendly, and courteous every step of the way.

I had the best experience here yesterday evening, especially considering I slid in not too long before closing. I went in for an oil change and had the honor to be assisted by Victoria, Yon-Alec and Jeffraun. Not only were they extremely pleasant, they operated as one unit. As a matter of fact the entire crew present on the evening of Thursday 2/12 at 7:11 pm operated awesomely. Everyone knew their assignment and performed it efficiently and still made sure I was attended to. Kudos to this team and their leadership, from my POV the closing operations ran so smooth with the team!

A great experience at this location. I haven’t been to a Jiffy in years because of a bad experience at the one on Stirling and 95. Alec, Marlon and Christian were professional and courteous, did the job quickly. Definitely coming back.

Great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The staff is friendly, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly and completed the oil change quickly without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. The process was smooth and convenient, which I really appreciate. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

I'm sorry if I got the names wrong or misheard them, but Carl and Emily helped me through the whole thing and we're really communicative and friendly. The estimates were readily broken down, they handled my car situation right away when I needed it towed to them, and gave me notice on other things I would need work on but didn't get pushy - they prioritized what needed to be done urgently and told me about the rest for a later date.

Great place to service your car. Friendly people and experienced staff. Specially Ayesha.
