I wish I could give this location 10 stars! They provide the best customer service, hands down. As an automotive shop owner myself, I needed an oil change for one of my company vehicles. On a whim, I decided to give this location a try after visiting both Firestone and Goodyear in the area. The difference in customer service was incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism and genuine friendliness. Ellie gave me a warm welcome and got my vehicle checked in quickly. Carl carefully guided me into the service bay, Quin professionally inspected all of my vehicle’s fluids, and Mario efficiently changed the oil and filter. Every member of the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. A special thank you to manager JD for running such an outstanding operation. It’s rare to find a team that delivers this level of service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to all of my coworkers, friends, and family. Thank you for such an amazing experience—you’ve earned a loyal customer!

I had my oil changed today along with tire rotation and check on other things. The staff there are extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Will recommend them to everyone.

The crews and front desk staff (Nelly) were friendly and very helpful. The staff suggested me to change the filter and he even brought me my old filter and brand new filter to let me check) . They also found my engine had oil linked. They explained patiently and clearly about the charges . Also updated the repair process every half hour. I am happy with their service.

don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to leave one because this is my second time coming here, and the service has been excellent every time. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and professional with their customers. A special thanks to Nelly (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She is such a wonderful person. The staff takes the time to ask the right questions to understand exactly what my car needs, and they are very careful and thorough with their work. This is a place I trust because I know they’ll give my car the care and service it truly needs.

Overall, a solid experience and good customer service.

All staff were very respectful, friendly and professional. The mechanic that worked on my car was supposed to just do my oil change but he went the extra mile by helping me to fix the mileage gauge on my dashboard. I was wondering why it wasn't working all these months! But he helped me fix it without even asking or charging me extra. Now I know if I'm keeping to the speed limit at any given time. Thanks to him.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! Everybody there was amazing, especially Yon-A. He really took his time explaining my different options, what services my car needed, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything. Diamond, Brandon, Mario, Victoria, and the entire team at this location were all incredible. Before coming here, I went somewhere else for an oil change and didn’t receive anywhere near the level of attention and care I got here. What stood out to me the most was how welcoming and attentive they were from the moment I arrived. They even walked up to my car before I got out to ask how they could help me. That level of customer service is rare these days. Top-tier treatment from start to finish. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this location!

Victoria was great!

Had to bring my car for oil change, the wait was no more than 30 min to get serviced. Conveniently sat in my car while they changed the oil.
