Excellent communication timely and very thorough. They are meticulous with thier oil changes and they have a deal with a free car wash if you get your oil changed. The new GM Bryan and the guys did a great job.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube. I was immediately welcomed and directed into a bay. Korben politely answered my questions about products, services and costs, so I knew exactly where I stood and how far my budget would go. He didn't try to upsell me, but his honesty about the strength of my battery means I will return to this Jiffy Lube for a replacement. I know he's right because the battery's old! I'd also like to add that Korben's friendly professionalism reminded me of the high customer service standards back in the day. What a breath of fresh air. He's a gem Jiffy Lube. You'd be wise to hang on to him. Went back for my new battery and was impressed again by the friendly, knowledgeable, outstanding customer service I received from Ryan, the General Manager. Ryan went out of his way to ensure that my new battery was working properly and the cables were corrosion free. What a great team! This location is definitely my new go-to Jiffy Lube.

Quick fast service!

Fast friendly service. Didn’t try to get me to buy things not needed. A quick oil change, fluids topped off, air in tires and changed my air filter for an affordable price.

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Nick, Tyler and Vlad were super friendly and awesome, they did a great job and made me feel welcome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, they were great!

Korben was very nice explaining everything and did a great job. I was disappointed that they no longer vacuum your vehicle or put a reminder sticker on your windshield. The store was very clean inside but the snack machine was empty and the soda machine was broken. No coffee, just cups of water.

Very fast, great service!

I had an unpleasant experience at a "5 minute" place a couple of miles north of here on 41. The pushy fast-talking guy there almost ripped me off big time, but I left before they started any work. The next oil change place down the road was this one. They were fantastic. The oil change itself was as expected. What stood out was their honest assessment of other items that needed attention. I was aware of some, and they were for another day. The intake air filter was indeed dirty, and it was a fair price. The interior ventilation filter was REALLY bad, but their in-store price seemed way too steep. They offered me a great solution. They directed me to an O'Reilly auto parts store a couple of blocks away, where I saved over $50 buying the filter myself. They then installed it no charge. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for your next service.

I was having a real bad day and everybody was extremely friendly and compassionate, and went above and beyond to make my day just a little better.

Every employee did an amazing job !! One employee "Tiffany" went above and beyond my expectations. She had my a.c. filter delivered to the shop in record time. My Murano a.c. filter was below the glove box, which made it an awkward task. She spent the to to vacuum out debris found in the a.c. filter compartment, and put in the new filter. Awesome work, and Great Team Effort. Thank you !!

Hands down the BEST service I have ever had for a quick oil change! Such friendly and personalized service. I felt like I had a pit crew working exceptionally well on my not so impressive Suburu! They did a quick and thorough job of changing my oil then gave me a car wash! The best car wash experience too! I am so impressed with Tiffany and all the others, thank you!!! I will be back!

I unfortunately can’t remember the names of the service members who helped me, but I absolutely want to recognize them for their outstanding customer service. They were incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and made the entire visit quick and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The team worked efficiently but still took the time to be kind and informative. I could easily trust their judgement, and that peace of mind is something I really appreciate when it comes to car maintenance. I accompanied my friend to a local Jiffy Lube to get an oil change in his 2006 Corvette. They only offer Pennzoil but agreed to change it if he would provide his preferred Mobil1 oil and filter. Unfortunately, when he returned with the oil, he was told his car was too low to be serviced there. They recommended another Jiffy Lube location a half hour away so we called them and spoke with Kevin Martel, District Manager. Kevin said they would be happy to service the Corvette using customer-supplied Mobil 1 oil and filter. We arrived and were taken right in. Kevin quoted an acceptable custom price and work began while we stayed in the car. The entire service team was super friendly and efficient even noting a minor oil leak around the front engine seal. Upon completion, they presented a bill nearly 20% LESS than originally quoted! We were impressed and delighted! We can highly recommend Jiffy Lube #4238 at 111 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33953. Thanks, Kevin and team!
