Amazing customer service!

Joel works so hard as an example set by Jessica - I might use them due to being fleet but I return to this location every time and not the other ones in the area because the customer service is far superior ~ Thank you for making my oil changes easy, quick and professional!

My son and I had a great experience. The staff were kind and smart. Jessica is the best!

They were great!!! The whole team. From the minute I was instructed to get on line to the minute I left. Jessica was the best. She showed me in how poor condition my air and cabin filters were. Never pressured me at all and let me decide...which I did and thankfully changed them. Highly recommend this location. And this is not a paid message....lol

Jiffy did a good job at a fair pric

I visited Jiffy Lube on April 10, 2025, for an oil change. This was my second visit, as I was very pleased with the customer service and quality of work during my first experience. During this visit, Benny and Jess took the time to thoroughly explain the services my vehicle needs to stay up to date. I truly appreciated how Jess also informed me about financing options, which was reassuring in case I’m unable to pay the full amount at once. What stood out to me the most, however, was Jess’s kindness and willingness to help. She noticed my car needed new light bulbs and explained that driving without them could result in a costly ticket. At the time, I was only able to afford one replacement, but she kindly offered a coupon to help cover the cost. Her gesture meant more to me than I can express. It was a moment of genuine compassion that truly touched me, especially since asking for help doesn’t come easily to me. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and support. Thank you again for such outstanding service. I will definitely be returning to take care of the remaining services my vehicle needs.

Jessica and staff were amazing today, as always as a loyal Jiffy Lube customer , service was phenomenal and was in and out! What more can you ask for on a Saturday morning getting an oil change! They started my day of just right , thanks guys !!!!!

First time service out of the dealership, I’m very happy, it was less than 30 minutes wait, I did oil change, new battery and other services, Jessica helped doing a good deal, this is a good team, I highly recommend this location to service your vehicle.

Always trust this store for oil changes and maintenance. Recently they fixed an oil leak that was worrying me for a while - charged a reasonable price and fixed it quickly (& faster than they initially said). Staff are very communicative and honest. Greatly appreciate you guys! Cheers :)

I brought my car in for repair at Jiffy Lube. The service men were very friendly and professional. They explained the cost of the repair thoroughly and began work immediately. I was in and out in a jiffy. Theÿ truly lived up to the name "Jiffy" Lube. Thank you to all the guys who helped me! I appreciate the great service.

I had an issue where the dealership was wanting to charge $6000 and I called around and this Meineke not only did it for 2100 but also was able to proactively identify another issue. Every time I bring my car in now they are super honest and will tell me whether I should or should not address an issue.

$299 for replacing 4 spark plugs is robbery . The fuel filter cleaning is a scam - I checked with a VW Service Rep. $199.00?? On another subject, your manager did an excellent job and I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me.

First time here and blown away by the fabulous team - Rondarion, Isaiah, Julio, Ryan, and Tiffany! Oil change and tire rotation in under 30 minutes. Team worked very smoothly together and the team leader (I can’t remember her name, but she’s a little tiny thing) really seemed to keep everyone focused and on task. Honestly, though everyone was awesome. I was there when it was busy and was dreading it when I pulled up because I thought I was gonna be there forever, but it wasn’t long at all. I’ll definitely be back.

If you need any type of car service done on your vehicle, this is the facility to go to! Run don't walk, the team at this facility is beyond 5 star. Shout out to Anthon, Junior, & Westmore for providing amazing service. Everyone was very professional & very thorough when it came to taking care of my car. The greeting was amazing, everyone here is always smiling, and they know the true definition of working as a team. I got a full verbal explanation of what services were done to my car, and also what services would need to be done in the future. You can tell this team & store really care about their customers. Also the waiting lobby was very clean & tidy, as well as the guest bathroom. I will Definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you again for a great experience!
