I had an issue where the dealership was wanting to charge $6000 and I called around and this Meineke not only did it for 2100 but also was able to proactively identify another issue. Every time I bring my car in now they are super honest and will tell me whether I should or should not address an issue.

$299 for replacing 4 spark plugs is robbery . The fuel filter cleaning is a scam - I checked with a VW Service Rep. $199.00?? On another subject, your manager did an excellent job and I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me.

First time here and blown away by the fabulous team - Rondarion, Isaiah, Julio, Ryan, and Tiffany! Oil change and tire rotation in under 30 minutes. Team worked very smoothly together and the team leader (I can’t remember her name, but she’s a little tiny thing) really seemed to keep everyone focused and on task. Honestly, though everyone was awesome. I was there when it was busy and was dreading it when I pulled up because I thought I was gonna be there forever, but it wasn’t long at all. I’ll definitely be back.

If you need any type of car service done on your vehicle, this is the facility to go to! Run don't walk, the team at this facility is beyond 5 star. Shout out to Anthon, Junior, & Westmore for providing amazing service. Everyone was very professional & very thorough when it came to taking care of my car. The greeting was amazing, everyone here is always smiling, and they know the true definition of working as a team. I got a full verbal explanation of what services were done to my car, and also what services would need to be done in the future. You can tell this team & store really care about their customers. Also the waiting lobby was very clean & tidy, as well as the guest bathroom. I will Definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you again for a great experience!

The Jiffy Lube Royal Palm location , the service was fast under 25 minutes with 3 cars a head of me and the service was IMPLACABLE , PROFESSIONALISM WAS OUTSTANDING for oil change . NO MORE FORD DEALERS for me for oil changes.

They were quick. And had some of the best customer service I've seen at a Jiffy Lube.

This was my first time getting an oil change here, and I was helped by a gentleman named Ron. If it wasn't for him, l wouldn't have known that my brake light wasn't working—but Im so glad they caught it and fixed it for me, very helpful and articulate, nice looking. The whole team made sure everything was good to go before I left. Thanks so much to everyone who contributed to checking my car. I highly recommend this place.

The techs at this location all worked well together and it showed by how quickly they were able to get my oil change completed. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. They weren't pushing additional services on me. They were thorough, and courteous and most importantly got me out quickly! They did a great job!

Jiffy Lube at 1203 N State Rd 7 is wonderful! I needed my oil changed right away and the team there did an amazing job very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

can not say enough great things about this bunch. they were positive, happy, knowledgeable, helpful. didnt try to sell me the whole kitchen sink..they were superb! they allowed me to stay in my car and took.such great care of me! they saw me in a timely manner and were very.professional. they made me so Happy! I bought them some pizzas out of gratitude! attitude of gratitude!!!! also they checked all my tires and honored a coupon!! Great Guys!! Great service!! Great Crew!!

Awesome customer service, excellent option especially if you have kids in the car! Courtney was super helpful & went out of his way to make it a great experience for me! They even put an AC tube in the car to keep it cool while you turn your car off. Fair price for the speed & convenience. All the guys were helpful! Highly recommend.

I went to go get an oil change and everyone was so nice. I was having issues with my Fleet card they were so patient and helpful with me while I worked on resolving the issue, it's definitely appreciated especially since I drive around all day and need a reliable car so maintenance is extremely important. Tiffany, the only young lady there but she holds it down, she was quick and efficient!

I came in this morning for my usual oil change before work. I like this location specifically because I get there a little earlier to be the first in line and I’m always in and out. Staff is always so pleasant and makes sure that I’m aware of other services my car may need, followed with a physical copy for my benefit with no hassle at all. This has been the only place I’ve gone to in the past 5 years and I don’t plan to go anywhere else.

They are so kind and attentive. Needed air and thought something was wrong with one of my tires. They put air in and made me feel much better about its status.
