William C. was freaking awesome. The whole reason I avoided jiffy lube in the past is because many other jiffy lube shops made me drive over the pit. The amount of anxiety driving over that damn pit left me sitting at the stupid dealership waiting hours for a oil change just to avoid it. For some reason I decided to give jiffy lube a chance this morning and I am glad I did. William made me feel super comfortable and welcome from the moment I drove up. And he drove the car over that blasted pit himself. 100% will be back.

I avoided getting an oil change because I have had bad experiences in the past but this location made me feel so comfortable and treated me as a customer, not some women that couldn't understand mechanics

Service was quick and efficient. I was well taken care of by Seth and General Manager Rob. Seth also referred me to a local mechanic for my oil leak repairs which I am grateful for. I will return to the Bee Ridge location for my oil changes in the future. Thanks for the great experience, guys!!!

Overall, I had a great experience. The service was extremely quick, and the staff was friendly and respectful. I really appreciated that they took the extra time to inspect a few other components and provided clear recommendations for my vehicle's future/immediate maintenance needs. I was distraught about my flat tire. They tried to fill it. 4 of them tried. They were going to let me sit and wait for a tow truck but I couldn't get my insurance to pick up the phone or the app to work and my toddler was fussing so I had to go but they were so very nice to us. I just panicked. Sorry guys.
