I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. I drove back home to Sarasota from Pinellas and really needed an oil change after traveling daily. Seth and Samuel welcomed me with open arms, even though it was close to closing time, and took excellent care of me. They explained their products and services clearly and even went the extra mile to point out a few things my car might need attention on. Outstanding service — I’d recommend this location to anyone!

The gentlemen here are very helpful, respect, and knowledgeable.?? Seth, Sam, and Ben got me right in with no appointment, and there was no wait. They were fast, effecient, and professional. Highly recommend!??

Went to Jiffy Lube early this morning after no one showed to open Valvoline down the street. I have to travel for an emergency after work today and needed my car to be ready. Brandon was amazing and turned my frustrating morning completely around. Highly recommend him and the service I received at Jiffy Lube today.

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Brandon! From the moment I pulled in, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming—not just to me, but to every single customer I saw him interact with. I watched him greet four other cars while I was there, and he gave each person the same upbeat, respectful, and helpful service. You can tell he genuinely cares and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to find that kind of consistent, outstanding customer service these days. 5/5 without a doubt—Brandon is a true asset to the team!

Brandon fit me in right before 2 minutes to 6, Didn’t even mention it was close to closing. That’s a manager you want on your team. I apologize for coming right before closing and very satisfied with the service!

Brandon the manager is a friendly,smart guy.They worked on a higher end car that they normally don't get.They were happy to help me,and took me right in.They had me in and out in less then 30 minutes.I would highly recommend them.And they are very reasonably priced.Ill be back with all my vehicles.

Brandon the store manager was extremely helpful, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. He gave me great advice on what could be going wrong with a different mechanical problem and recommended a product that should help. He took the time to explain everything very clearly to me so I knew exactly what I was paying for! Talk to Brandon when you go in and he will make sure you leave happy and knowing that his guys did a great job doing everything they said they would!

Had a great experience with the manager Brandon and his team today, fast and excellent service.

On April 18th, 2025 we visited the location on Bee Ridge. Kathleen was very sweet and personable. She explained everything very well and made our experience as smooth as possible. There were also two men working in the bay one black man, and one white man. The black man greeted us with a smile and asked us if we wanted to sit inside. He was extremely attentive making sure not to mess up our car because we told him we just got it washed. I'm sorry, I did not catch his name. It might have been Brandon or Dillon because those are the names on the receipt.

I will always have a heart for Sarasota/Bradenton Jiffy Lubes, they are under the best ownership on the planet.

Provided great and timely service on my heavy duty diesel truck. Corporate needs to add more driveway space at this location.

I was distraught about my flat tire. They tried to fill it. 4 of them tried. They were going to let me sit and wait for a tow truck but I couldn't get my insurance to pick up the phone or the app to work and my toddler was fussing so I had to go but they were so very nice to us. I just panicked. Sorry guys.
