Very nice group at this location and didn't tryto upsell me everything I didn't need.

Nate and Larry did an amazing job with our oil change. Service and customer service were excellent. The pricing was very reasonable. The estimates we got for other issues were reasonable. They let us know the other issues going on and gave estimates but didn't pressure or push us into getting anything else done today. They said get this done in steps as we can afford it.

Great service and oil change. My car drives smooth!

I came in for a much needed oil change, they were able to inform me of some other things that needed to be addressed. The staff was personable. The mechanic was amazing. The store manager is so great! Overall a pleasant experience. They're straightforward honest and even provided an option for financing for an oil leak that needed to be addressed. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for any service needs.

That’s the most professional service with integrity I have ever had in terms of car maintenance/service. And the name of the wonderful professional service provider is Mr. Allen Hildum. My car screen erroneously showed that I needed tired rotation and other maintenance due but it was technically a computer-memory glitch with the car system. And Mr. Hildum courteously let me know that he checked the tires, the lights, the transmission system, the radiator and overall quality inspection and they are okay. That saved me some hundred bucks as unnecessary expense.

What started as a routine 45-minute job turned into a much longer process, yet the staff remained courteous and attentive the entire time, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. What truly stood out was their honesty and transparency. They even offered me discounts as a gesture of goodwill for the extra time and work required. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes the time to ensure their needs are met without cutting corners. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received, and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube for all future maintenance. Went in on a Sunday morning for an oil change that ended up being more of a complex problem. Admittedly, I don't keep up with the car's maintenance like I should.. but Adam, Dustin, and Imane were very thorough in making sure my car was safe to drive for a very reasonable price for how badly I neglected it. Adam checked in on me regularly and explained what work was necessary and what wasn't, and was very generous in his flexibility with the price I would recommend them!

Very professional. In and out quickly.

I drove across state to see a concert in tampa when as i got close to the venue it seemed one of my brakes started locking up. I pulled into this jiffy lube by the venue right as they were about to close fully expecting them to tell me they couldn't help me today. To my surprise the diagnosed the problem and said they could have it fixed in about an hour. Im thankful they stayed late to get my car back on the road so I could make it to the show and get home safely.

The shop at Parsons and MLK are top notch customer service and a great bunch of employees.

Dustin and Adam were so great and super incredibly helpful, we got there with a barely running vehicle, and it stalled on the way in mind you it was a couple mins before opening, they were very fair and fixed our vehicle within 30 mins, they probably saved us a ton of money as well. Thank you so much to Dustin and Adam for getting the work van back up and running. They definitely deserve a raise for being so kind and so helpful and their service was phenomenal!!! Thank you!!!

Give Dustin a promotion. He was hilarious and very charismatic and made our experience amazing. I have an old shitbox jeep and needed a bunch of add-ons but they weren’t super pushy and respected our choices. I would definitely come again. Dustin was amazing!

Andres did an amazing job with my oil change- very informative and not pushy- I only let him work on my car. That man was working all alone in that shop - he needs a raise !!! Thank you Andres ??

This was my first visit to jiffy Lube. I visited the location at Parsons & 60 for an oil change. They were courteous and very fast. They gave me a list of things that were in good shape and up to par on my car and a suggested list of things that I could do. There was no pressure. There were three workers present for my service and all were efficient and polite, the only name I know to mention was Andre. This is definitely my new go to place for oil, services, etc.

Received great service from John, Mike, and Dustin during an oil change visit recently. They took us for the service even though we arrived pretty close to closing, detailed what was recommended but did not make us feel pressured or uncomfortable, and explained lots of info about the engine type, service options, and benefits to performing them. Highly recommend them for services if you are in the area/in need.
