Alyssa is the shop manager and she is amazing. She took the time to explain everything & make sure I got exactly what my car needed. Also got me in and out fast!

I initially was going to use a Groupon but was told by Melissa (I think that was her name) that they had coupons that would bring the total out to be about the same. The alignment was not done which was part of the Groupon due to the guy said it was best to keep the wheels with the most thread on the back. The team was awesome, informative and nice attitudes.

This review is from Saturday, January 17th, 2026, at the location on Seminole Blvd., in between McDonald’s and Five Guys. Wow, guys. Just, WOW. I came here for an oil change and was greeted by Alyssa, the store manager, who was very friendly and helpful! It was clear they were short-staffed, cars in both bays and a few waiting, while Alyssa, Nika, and Mike hustled through. The teamwork they displayed was impressive. You don’t often see, in any industry, co-workers that work together seamlessly like they did, especially being as busy as they were. To the owner of that location— whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough! I hope you take good care of your employees because as of now, you’ve got an amazing crew that’s skilled, friendly, professional, and fast! You’re going to want to keep them around! And to any women out there who don’t love having to take their vehicle in to get serviced because this is predominantly a male-ran industry and that can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience, go to this location! Don’t let me sell Mike short here, as he was an absolute delight with a great sense of humor! Overall, I can’t say enough good things about my experience there today and I thank you Alyssa, Nika, and Mike for your help and for making what is usually just an ordinary experience extraordinary! You guys rock!

I Don't normally do google reviews ever! This is my first time actually but I couldn't help but share my experience at this location and give kuddos to the amazing team that left me speechless!! I use to go to take 5 for my oil changes but was way over due and figured id try to give jiffy lube a shot. When I tell you I was speechless I was left speechless!. The Manager who if I remember right names is Alyssa and there was another young lady Sharron who both greated me with smiles and where so personable and welcoming I was already at ease. Them and there team where phenomenal absolutely phenomenal. They where quick and informative and went over things knew I was over due for but not once did they pressure me but yet reminded me that when I have the funds to give them a call and they will be sure to.squeeze me in and get me taken care of. These women where so nice and welcoming it felt like home and I trust them and there opinions on my vehicle. So thank you ladies for everything you have done to make my experience something I will never forget and this is now forever my car maintenance home!! This experience earned you guys a life long customer/customers because i have shared this experiencewith my family and friends!

First time at a Jiffy Lube. I was at the 7025 Seminole Blvd. location on a Saturday. A thin blonde lady was very knowledgeable and provided great advice and service. I thought the price was very fair for a transmission oil change. I would tell a family member to go there. I thought it was Honest service.

I had a great experience! John, Tyler and Shanika took good care of me. I came in for an oil change and they brought a couple issues to my attention (dirty air filter and dirty brake fluid) which they resolved at a very good price. The service was quick, thorough and very friendly. I highly reccomend them! 5 stars...

Alyssa specifically SAVED MY CAR, I'm going up north ( where it's snowing) and wanted to prevent something from cracking like it did last time . First I spoke with the mechanic and said they didn't have that.. (I made a mental note to try to get everything checked again but honestly would of forget..) Then I mentioned it to ALYSSA, and she EXPLAINED THE SAME ISSUE WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AGAIN IF I DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER ANTIFREEZE COOLANT!! She personally drive to AutoZone to buy the kind I needed, and made it happen!! I'm a single mom with no steady income, they were able to work with me financially I WILL BE RETURNING FOR ALL MY VEHICLE NEEDS

I needed air in my tires. I just wanted to use their air. The nice gentleman not only checked each tire, but put the air in each one. (They were all low). I have arthritis, so really appreciated this! I will send them my business!
