Great first experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The team was fast, professional, and assertive in explaining what was needed. Prices were competitive, and the biggest plus was the short wait time — I was in and out quickly. Overall, excellent first impression. I felt valued here. I came in to ask of they can check to see if I had a leak on the oil pan and they did ut a no charge. As easy as it is to drive over the lift so they can see of thr oil leaks from the nut all other places I went to wanted me to do a full oil change when I already did it. JIFFY LUBE WAS THE ONLY THAT HELPED. This really shows how they stand out frim the others.

Michael greeted me right away with a smile, even while assisting another customer, and let me know he would be with me shortly. He took the time to explain everything about my vehicle without any pressure. A great customer experience, thank you, Michael.

Nelson, was my service advisor, he was outstanding — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The whole process was smooth, and I was in and out quickly. If you’re looking for honest service and great customer care, ask for Nelson. I’ll definitely be coming back.
