Im very please with the way those guys handle me not having an appointment and took my car in for a last minute oil Change. They have excellent bedside manners. I will recommend them to others and I will be back.

I own a Mercedes Benz 2500 Sprinter van. I want to take a moment to recognize the entire team at this Jiffy Lube location for the exceptional service and professionalism they demonstrated. From the moment my father and I arrived, we were treated with genuine kindness, respect, and courtesy. Manager Nelson and his assistant Alejandro, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were honest, transparent, and informative throughout the entire experience. They took the time to explain what was needed, answer our questions, and make sure we understood everything before moving forward. I never felt pressured or as though anyone was simply trying to make a sale. Instead, I felt that they genuinely cared about doing the right thing and providing us with the best possible service. Alejandro especially went the extra mile and truly represented the values and principles that a company should stand for. Employees like Nelson and Alejandro are what make a business shine. Their professionalism, integrity, positive attitude, and commitment to taking care of customers reflect extremely well on Jiffy Lube. My father and I left feeling that we had been treated not just as customers, but as people who genuinely mattered. That kind of service is rare, and I believe it deserves to be recognized and commended. I know i will take it back to follow up on their recommendations!

The crew was super informative and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes and they walked me through each step. They also discussed specials and some extra steps to ensure my vehicle is running at its top efficiency.

It is always good, but getting pricey. An oil change for a four cylinder car should not be $75.00, maybe $49.99.

Went to get a full evac and charge of a custom ac system and the techs did an amazing job. They talked me through the various quirks of the ac system I had installed and other mechanical things they noticed. The price was also very fair.
