Jiffy lube justice Martin Edwards Work order 5628 Invoice# 21350367 Hats off to Jiffy Lube management, I was reimbursed in full for an unfortunate shop mistake. I took my Volvo in for filters tire rotation and oil change, everything seemed fine until we drove highway speed to a doctors appt. The front cowl started to make an awful racket, I pulled over to see the two front corners were bent to the road surface and were partially ground away by the road. We drove to the Stuart shop and they immediately zip tied up the mangled cowl (which still made noise). After excuses and argument, they tried to protect their employees, I agreed to my money back. We all learn from mistakes and two of the ten critical screws were hard to see and reach. The Volvo mechanic explained the vinyl nuts were stripped by being over tightened. Volvo had to further replace several vinyl nuts and screws to complete the repair. After receiving a version of this comment, the new cowl and installation at the Volvo dealer, was payed in full by Jiffy Lube

Everyone is very courteous and professional. I needed annoil change and other maintenance on my car, and Bernard was attentive, friendly, and helped me with everything!

My change oil light went off, so I stopped in to have the technicians review my oil level. My oil level was slightly low and it was not quite time for service. Dakota and Chris the manager were extremely helpful. Chris pointed out that my coolant level was also low. They topped off the coolant and topped off the oil and sent me on my way. The service was excellent. Thank you for your help.

I've been bringing all my cars there for years and lve NEVER had any issues. The lobby & Bathroom are always neat & clean. They always go the extra mile to make sure that my cars are done right & all my questions & concerns are answered. Mike the manager and Jacobi always go above and beyond every time I go there and l can't thank them enough for their dedication & work ethic. However, I do wish that they would bring back the free coffee as it made it that much more of a pleasure to be their & made the time go by quickly.

My car was driving great then I had my oil changed and after I left I immediately had a driveshaft error. I went back and they re-checked everything from the oil change and all seemed OK. They ran a scan and saw the misfire. I could not drive home in this condition. Mike was great and did another recheck, he was very kind and truly tried to find the issue. DeAndre came over to help and went above and beyond and checked a hidden hose. It was loose and he reconnected it. PROBLEM solved!! They were very kind and saw my frustration and DeAndre was truly was a lifesaver! Thank you for knowing BMW's!!!!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The service was quick and efficient. The service manager, Christian, came out right away to ask what I needed, and the whole team made sure everything was done correctly. Christian took the time to go over all the different options with me and helped me find the best prices for what my car needed. I honestly think it was a 10 out of 10 experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great service fast and clean

The easiest and most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. The staff were all very friendly including (I believe her name was) sierra and the young gentlemen that runs the desk. Thanks guys. I’ll be back for sure.

Excellent, quick service and a great price

Service was super fast. They were so nice. Every employee that I encountered today was so friendly and kind. I got a tire rotation and an oil change. The facility was very clean. Love this location and come here whenever I need a quick oil change and tire rotation.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was to get an oil change at jiffy lube. The staff was efficient and friendly. Brenden was professional and went out of his way to make sure to explain everything since it was my first time. He was very clear with what the charges would be ahead of time. I am definitely going back again and telling others about it! It is true, it only took 15 minutes and they were done; Amazing! I also appreciated getting a written report of what was needed in the future for my husband.
