Fantastic service! The staff took great care of us while we waited, constantly checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and handled everything efficiently while managing work in the back. 10/10 service definitely deserve a raise and recognition. Outstanding customer service!

Came to service my car and Taevion was so nice ! He was always checking on us to see if we are good whilst waiting . Offered an elderly gentleman water whilst multitasking and helping out in the back with the cars . 10/10 employee definitely needs a raise . Amazing customer service

I called, and the technician was great! We had an oil change, filter, 2 windshield wipers, 1 headlight, and 1 taillight. We were in and out. Good Job!!

The guys went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in top notch shape. As a single woman i need good maintenance…I appreciated the opportunity to see what was being done and they explained everything as to what it needed. This place is great every time I go for an oil change. Customer service is always top notch. They're knowledgeable and efficient, and don't try to push things on you that you don't need. Today I had Coolie handling my service, walking through what they were doing and what was needed to be done. He was fantastic, as was Deja and the rest of the team. Will 100% go here for all oil changes as well as recommend to others!

I drive past a different Jiffy Lube to go to this location. They are always fast and professional. I think he said his name is Grabriel. If the owner reads this review, please know he is an asset to your company. Not just professional but knows how to offer additional services (upsales) in a way that you welcome hearing about the other things you offer. Promote and give him a raise.

I had a flat tire and couldn’t change it myself because I didn’t have the right tools. Luckily, Jiffy Lube on Dale Mabry and Kennedy was close by, and they came through to help me out right away! The team was super helpful and professional. On top of that, they’re always my go-to spot for oil changes – quick, reliable, and friendly service every time. Highly recommend this location!

Cooley, the manager at this location, greeted me with a smile and ready to answer any questions I had. He explained the services my car needed and gave me options. I can tell he enjoys his job and is knowledgeable. All of the employees were friendly and efficient.

Came here today to get a oil change on my truck. Sean and Gabe took great care of me. They worked fast but also took their time and I could tell they have plenty of experience. I recommend using them both.

Fast and efficient oil change on Sundays. You just drive in and they’ll do it in no time. CoolJay informed me of the pricing and services and even helped me out clear a code my car had. Will sure come back for my next service!
