Gabriel, the manager there was awesome and took care of my truck. I’ll be back to get my radiator flushed but great customer service and I was out in a flash. Will definitely recommend.

The guys went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in top notch shape. As a single woman i need good maintenance…I appreciated the opportunity to see what was being done and they explained everything as to what it needed. I don’t always know what it needs but Tamiko, Tametrius and crew were friendly and knowledgeable …service was very good! i highly recommend this location.

This place is great every time I go for an oil change. Customer service is always top notch. They're knowledgeable and efficient, and don't try to push things on you that you don't need. Today I had Coolie handling my service, walking through what they were doing and what was needed to be done. He was fantastic, as was Deja and the rest of the team. Will 100% go here for all oil changes as well as recommend to others!

I drive past a different Jiffy Lube to go to this location. They are always fast and professional. I think he said his name is Grabriel. If the owner reads this review, please know he is an asset to your company. Not just professional but knows how to offer additional services (upsales) in a way that you welcome hearing about the other things you offer. Promote and give him a raise.

I think it would be great if they could because their team is quick, efficient, and have a great attitude when it comes to customer service.

the staff were super open and honest when inspecting my car, and were able to save me a lot of money compared to what I thought I needed done. Definetly coming back for all my basic car work

I had a flat tire and couldn’t change it myself because I didn’t have the right tools. Luckily, Jiffy Lube on Dale Mabry and Kennedy was close by, and they came through to help me out right away! The team was super helpful and professional. On top of that, they’re always my go-to spot for oil changes – quick, reliable, and friendly service every time. Highly recommend this location!

Cooley, the manager at this location, greeted me with a smile and ready to answer any questions I had. He explained the services my car needed and gave me options. I can tell he enjoys his job and is knowledgeable. All of the employees were friendly and efficient.

Came here today to get a oil change on my truck. Sean and Gabe took great care of me. They worked fast but also took their time and I could tell they have plenty of experience. I recommend using them both.

I really do hope that this reaches someone important and that this entire team gets recognized! I’m not super old but I am 38, and in 22 years of getting my old changed I have NEVER had such a great experience. That sounds a bit silly when talking about an oil change but let me explain. The first day I swung in a nice girl came out and told me that they’d love to help me but they are on a 30 minute wait just a heads up. I said no problem, I actually don’t have time I have to get my son but thank you so much. Again seems silly but now is where most people walk away and say bye if your lucky. She said no worries I’m so sorry, but we are open until 7 if you can make it back! Wow! Talk about customer service that doesn’t exist anymore! I wished I remembered her name so I could drop it but I believe it’s listed at the end! So I couldn’t return that evening but I did the next day! Even more impressed. Young gentleman named Jacquel came out and was just so genuine and kind. They got me right in, explained my Groupon to me and how they couldn’t do my tires and didn’t want to waste my money and they were so kind it was worth not getting my tires rotated honestly! They even put AC into your car while you wait so you don’t die in Florida!! Never have I ever had that and it was amazing!! Everyone who worked there was talking to each other as they were working and the environment was just so damn friendly and fun, my daughter and I kept laughing it was so great! The woman who changed my oil Crisey A was so sweet I literally can’t say enough about these people!! So everyone that was on staff there that day truly deserves recognition! They are Jacquel, Dasia, Crisey and Shawn!! I will not ever go anywhere else for an oil change!

Man pulled in Shawn took care of me and directed me on how to get the additional work done on my truck bc the service that he could do, but wasn’t certified to do so. Corporate management of Jiffy Lube I am a owner of decorative concrete company and I wish that Sean was a Concrete guy because he is a rare breed, especially in this young generation that speaks on Jiffy Lube with total care, confidence, and compassion. I am not a corporate guy I own small business a so I found this very fascinating that a young guy looking to learn a trade literally has so much pride for the company that he works for every day that probably does not give him the same respect that he gives Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube has the money in corporate powerhouse. This is a guy that you wanna put through school. That will be one of the most devoted and honored employees and be a career Jiffy Lube guy. He’s that unicorn that you want.

Both were pleasant and helpful, making the whole process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate their professionalism and friendly demeanor. Shawn was amazing w me! He totally took such good care of me and is so professional! Took the time to make sure I was using the right oil in my car ( which I wasn't ) and he explained why I should get the right one for my particular car! Super educated guy!! Go see Shawn!!!!!

I went in for a new battery which was checked and changed. All very efficient.

My experience was fantastic. The folks at this location are friendly, funny, kind and work well together as a team. Their leader puts you at easy and doesn't pressure you. He reminded me about my coupon too. 15/10 will becoming back for my next oil change.
