I had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube. The mechanics there were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, they greeted me with a positive attitude and made me feel welcome, which isn’t always something you expect when getting your car serviced. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or uninformed. It was clear they genuinely cared about providing good service, not just getting the job done quickly. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a place where customer service is such a priority. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, friendly mechanics.

My fiance was losing tire pressure, and pulled in and the mechanic immediately helped fill her tire so she wouldn't be late to work. She tried to tip the gentleman, and he refused and wished her well. This tells me how good the culture is here. It's the little things like this that keep customers for life. 5 stars over and over again

Everyone was friendly they made good suggestions but I didn’t feel pressured. It was fast and just what I needed. Gabriel was super nice and answered all my questions. Kendall was quick and friendly.

These guys are great. As a woman with an old car, their manager has always been honest with me about work that needs a specialist. Gotta trust the manager like I trust my doctor.

Absolutely fantastic service, I pulled up and was seen immediately by Eric the assistant manager who was wonderful to work with and even gave me a discount and tipped off my oil for free!

Absolutely amazing experience! Needed a lot done on my car today and Destiny did an amazing job at explaining services, showed me how bad my brakes were (didn’t even have to ask!), and kept me updated throughout the service. Everyone there has great attention to detail, is efficient, and kind. This location is definitely going to be the place I get my car serviced, cannot recommend it enough.

Eric the assistant manager was very helpful and Z and Scott just added to the service we received, I will definitely be back with my second car. They do not disappoint

Absolutely best service here, There is a guy there named Eric, says he works wednesdays and sundays, he is absolute legend give him a raise!!! he keeps it most real ive ever seen from any other place, definitely will send my peoples here to this guy as well as any other friends in need of service, highly recommend this guy he helped me out alot and was super nice and was super proud to service my vehicle even coming in at the last hour, This guy is real deal and loves to help out anybody he can and i will always recommend him always to anybody!!(also he gave us a nice tube of AC to keep in our car to keep us cool while he works on the car which didnt take long at all maybe 10-15 minutes tops absolutely genius guy will be going to him everytime!)

Fast and friendly service

i've been here a few times, always have a great experience! this is a drive-thru establishment, so naturally you'll have to wait for a bit if there are cars ahead of you. the staff is super down to earth and laid back, which always gives me peace of mind. personally i prefer that compared to them being noticeably stressed or being too quick. they offer you a/c if your car has to be shut off, and the upselling is part of the job but they always are fine to take no for an answer! i have a subaru crosstrek, so i'm in & out pretty quick!

Eric and the crew from today (Sunday 22 June) were incredibly personable and helpful when I was in a pinch, and it was within the last half hour of them being open. Very professional and precise. Highly recommend them.

Friendly staff. Continued trying to upsale me. Came in for oil change. Got estimates for tune up $450.00, front brake pads and rotors 751.00. Quit a jump from a simple oil change.

This is a recurring place to visit for me. The people there are so friendly supportive and attentive to the details during every service. if you need a fluid change, a car tune, or even minor reparations, this is the place. I want to highlight the labor of Carlos, the mechanic, great attention, communication and professionalism.

Javon, Tray and William did an amazing job with my oil change. Javon helped me get the best price and service for my first time at the location. William was extremely courteous and respectful treating me with more care than any other auto shop I have ever arrived at. As for Tray, the speed at which he did my oil change not only reflected Jiffy Lube’s timing for getting you a quick oil change within 10 to 15 minutes, but shows just how long I’ve had to wait even longer at Jiffy Lube competitors. Those three are awesome and truly valuable to the team. I’ll see you again soon guys! Keep killing it!

Had a very wonderful experience with Destiny from jiffy lube. Haven't been in years (usually the dealer) But chose different and glad I did. Will always go there now. She liked her job and it showed!

I'm grateful Mr.Von made sure I understood the difference in what i was buying and what needed to handle that day and what could wait to be done safely at a later date. Also I told him I take care of my grandparents and my income wasn't the best..this man took the time to find any coupon or discounts he could give me to help me pay for my repairs. Huge thanks to the crew who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Javon, Travion, and William were awesome! Extremely professional, and able to laugh off some of the difficulties with my truck being serviced. All the guys stayed an extra hour late to make sure everything was 100% good. Thank you guys!

Super easy to wait and work from your car! The customer service team is amazing. The crew members only offer products and services that you need. The entire team of employees carry themselves professionally and smile with the customers. The shop is a busy bee hive, but everyone is attentive, friendly, and working safely. I especially appreciate the kindness and hospitality from Destiny! Destiny is knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to all her customer’s needs. I am a new customer but will definitely be returning for my future car services.

The staff notified me immediately it would be a two hour wait and were very nice. Busier than usual probably due to the hurricane coming. Was disappointed because I am not sure which service they provided other than the oil change. Received a receipt after I requested one. The receipt showed all services were done and as I drove away I noticed I didn’t have much solution for my windshield wipers container. And my tire light was on so I went back and a guy came out and said my left front tire looked a little low and put some air in it. He said the others looked fine and did not check them all. Will stop on the way out of town for my tires to be checked and to ensure my fluids were topped off. I waited two hours for an oil change and didn’t mind but to not receive full service was disappointing. My windows were also not cleaned as advertised.

They were so incredibly fast, knowledgeable and kind. I’ll only be going here moving forward for all car needs, ask for Sean he was wonderful!

Really nice manager. They put A/C tube in the car windows to keep you cool while you stay in your car as the oil is changed. Location is super easy. It's an older shop but plenty of staff ready to get you in and out.
