We had a great experience. Tamiko, who greeted us, was super helpful and friendly. He oversaw our service from start to finish. The team did an oil change and service check. They found that our rear brakes were completely worn down. They took the time to show us their assessment. We had a great experience.

Went today and got my oil changed! They are all super nice and helpful!

Cesar, Josiyah, and Tomiko provided me with excellent service today for my oil change. They gave me great service at a great price, and the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. It’s clear that they take pride in providing good customer service. I really appreciated how friendly and professional they were so get that oil change at jiffy lube!

I was very happy with the service, did not feel really pressured to purchase anything else. I got an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades all in under 30 minutes. . Everybody was very nice. I was able to use my Groupon which apparently is not accepted at every location. It was my first time coming to this location.

Everything went very smooth, we went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Taylor and his team were very professional and we saved a considerable amount of money through Groupon. Would definitely recommend.

I had a pleasant visit at this particular location. With me being new to town, I wanted something affordable and quick. Tamiko took care of me and was so friendly! He was constantly smiling and laughing while helping out customers and was straight forward. I will be going back to make sure he takes care of me!

This Jiffy Lube has changed dramatically since the last time I was here—in the best way! The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and welcoming. My oil change was completed in about 10 minutes, which was fantastic. The owner also noticed that my battery was on its way out and was able to get me a great deal on a new one. Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated that they were helpful without being pushy or making me feel pressured. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was a bit busy on a Sunday, but once the technicians got to work they worked quickly and efficiently. Great price. They also recommended some other services that my vehicle was due (battery, brake fluid), saving me time and money had I caught them later. Thank you!

Really good place with good people. Prices are prices and everything is out of control. I can’t say that maintenance and unexpected repairs do not hurt but I don’t feel like I’m being given the run around. Are there cheaper places… sure but the prices are fair. They are honest and committed and we found our people after a very long search through Tampa. Each time I’ve been there I’ve had no complaints. They even puzzled pieced my undercarriage cover back together when I asked because Tampa roads are hazards. They did not have to do that. Highly recommend.

I went in for an oil change today and everyone was very nice, Tamiko especially so. They let me know my brake pads needed to be replaced and were able to take care of that at the time of the visit. Ended up taking longer than expected due to the brake change out, but I'm glad they brought it to my attention.

Imani and Reggie were awesome. Prompt to meet me. They took my Groupon coupon for rotation and synthetic oil. They rotated the tires checked all my fluids and even topped off my antifreeze for free. They were courteous.

The lobby smelled amazing, like it smelled really clean and the oil change I got was quick and I was able to use my coupon easily. Great job on first impressions!

This is the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. The staff are friendly and Ethan is the best! He really makes coming to this location a pleasure, definitely needs more like him.

I went there because I found a voucher on Groupon for a conventional oil change for my car. I was recommended by a friend to go there. Normally I wouldn’t due to the high prices, but it was a deal I couldn’t pass up. I was due for an oil change after moving from NJ to Tampa. The service was amazing. Everyone was there. Matt was the guy who did my oil change and suggested I get another product to help clean out the oil that had probably been settled in my system since my last change and the mileage I used moving down. He also suggested getting a replacement air filter (in which he showed me how dirty it was). They had to order the air filter and I would only have to wait 15-20 minutes (it was a lot shorter than that, to be honest). Everything was great, I got to stay in my car while the process was being done. When the air filter came in, Matt put it in my car. A young lady came over and processed my payment. I was in and out in 25 minutes! Great employees! Great job! Thank you!
