Fast and efficient what a bunch of great guys and girl

Overall, the customer service was great. However, I was disappointed with the air filter replacement recommendation. The technician showed me my old filter and a new one they could install, and I agreed to have it replaced. What was missing was any discussion of the price beforehand. I was charged $50 for the air filter, but a similar filter can be purchased from Amazon or AutoZone for around $12–$20. While I understand there may be labor and markup costs involved, I believe customers should be informed of the price before any work is performed. Better communication and transparency about costs would have made the experience much better.

I went here around the end of April. The staff was nice and explained what they were doing and pricing was given before they started. Shot out to Alix he did a great job, he went the extra mile and fixed the cover under the car and help with the headlight .

Needed a 40,000 mile service on my Hyundai Sonata and wanted to avoid the dealership. The manager and staff were very helpful and professional. The service was reasonably priced and on a Saturday morning I was in and out in just over two hours. I am sure I saved both time and money on what the dealership would have charged me. The technician, who greeted me and arranged the service was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Alex, the oil change expert, worked efficiently to get everything completed in a timely manner, and the manager was just as wonderful as his colleagues; he set a prime example of how customers are to be treated when we choose to use his Jiffy Lube location. Okeechobee Location Are Amazingly Professional

Fast and great service!

As women, we already feel weary when going into auto shops. However, the Jiffy Lube on Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach, displayed Excellent customer service. I went in for a service and that is exactly what I received without any pricing for additional work. This location felt safe and the work was done quickly as advertised. I will be back again. You have gained another customer.

I rarely give 5-star reviews, however, this Joffy Lube definitely deserves it after 5 consecutive visits for oil changes and one transmission fluid exchange, they have proven themselves to be polite, efficient, and hassle-free every time. Highly recommended!

People like to complain online, should take the time to mention when things go correctly. Very fast, professional service at a good price. Sure, there computer software needs an upgrade (joking with the representative) but you will get great service here.
