Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2800 OKEECHOBEE BLVD, WEST PALM BEACH, FL, 33409-4012

Awesome fast service! Ron was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all my options with the issues I was having. I will definitely be a repeat customer here.

They were kind and extremely helpful!

Helped me when I had NO BRAKES! I have always trusted Jiffy Lube thru the years. This West Palm Beach location is Exceptional. Love seeing the same faces! Excellent employees will keep me coming back to this location. Thank you Gentlemen. Much respect for the service you provide. Kind regards, Marianne Hyderkhan

I was greeted by a very nice young woman who made the whole experience a breeze. The service was quick and I would highly recommend!

Good O'Fashion service with a smile. Seriously! Great new team, saw my service thru closing time. Solid, knowledgeable.

Customer service was great and it was very inexpensive, Taco Bell also delivers here.

Really great experience! I came in for a simple oil change on my newly purchased used car and really appreciated how thorough the inspection was. They checked everything from my lights and brakes to my battery, fluids, filters, and wipers, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The manager and mechanics were knowledgeable, honest, and happy to answer all my questions. The pricing was reasonable, and they offer a lot of discounts on their site, or even if you speak with their automated system it will text you the coupon. I also appreciated that they worked right up until closing instead of turning customers away early. Great shop, great staff — definitely recommend! ??

I just have to give a huge shoutout to the team at Jiffy Lube off Okeechobee! I always come here for my oil changes and have never had an issue. Recently, my car started getting low on oil and the warning light came on. Of course, I immediately started worrying that I might have a leak or something more serious. I brought it to the same Jiffy Lube I always use, and these guys handled the situation with such care and professionalism. They double-checked everything, cleaned everything up, made sure there was no leak, topped off my oil, and most importantly, made me feel completely confident that my car was safe to drive. That kind of service and genuine care means so much! I unfortunately didn’t get the manager’s name, but he was absolutely out of this world, incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about taking care of their customers. I would 1000% recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone. Great service, great people, and they truly go above and beyond!

Super fast and they are all friendly!

5 stars for the morning crew, 1 star for the evening crew, so I think 4 stars is generous. Only get serviced here in the AM!

The staff definitely took care of business from start to finish! Would go back for sure. Special thanks to Kevon J, Ron and don't forget Christy

Shout out to all the Jiffy Lube employees that made this experience. Amazing.

Great service. Super helpful

Very friendly atmosphere .

The techs are so professional and polite. They're not aggressive with what you need as opposed to what you came for. Prices basically like everywhere but there's always a coupon for something on their site.

Jiffy Lube saved the day. New to the area and had a 9am appointment at the Firestone. Such a bad experience I left and Googled oil change near me and it showed the Jiffy Lube half a mile down the street. Went there and the team was amazing. I will NEVER go to the Firestone on Okeechobee again and I will now use the Jiffy Lube loyally.

Great service friendly and easy going folks Dark skin guy smile is such a pleasure

The service was quick & the employee was extremely helpful & friendly.

Thank you

they were so fast and so nice kevon and ta'von were so nice and helpful

Fast and efficient what a bunch of great guys and girl

Overall, the customer service was great. However, I was disappointed with the air filter replacement recommendation. The technician showed me my old filter and a new one they could install, and I agreed to have it replaced. What was missing was any discussion of the price beforehand. I was charged $50 for the air filter, but a similar filter can be purchased from Amazon or AutoZone for around $12–$20. While I understand there may be labor and markup costs involved, I believe customers should be informed of the price before any work is performed. Better communication and transparency about costs would have made the experience much better.

Great service

Excellent service

Outstanding customer service! The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and completed my oil change faster than expected. Honest pricing and quality work — definitely earned a returning customer!”

I have a great experience with you thank you for your services ??

Super nice gentlemen and very efficient with their work. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

I went here around the end of April. The staff was nice and explained what they were doing and pricing was given before they started. Shot out to Alix he did a great job, he went the extra mile and fixed the cover under the car and help with the headlight .

Great people , great service, I was in and out in a flash. Thank you Lala and Owen. My car performance has improved. Thank you guys. I will return. I recommend this store strongly.

Needed a 40,000 mile service on my Hyundai Sonata and wanted to avoid the dealership. The manager and staff were very helpful and professional. The service was reasonably priced and on a Saturday morning I was in and out in just over two hours. I am sure I saved both time and money on what the dealership would have charged me. Thank you Jiffy Lube at 2800 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL.

Quick and efficient

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube. The service was fast, professional, and everyone was very friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, made sure my vehicle was taken care of, and had me back on the road quickly. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but this team definitely delivered. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back for future service needs.

Layla personally took exceptional care of us after there was a mixed up with the oil filter, although we waited over an hour, we were surprised our services were on the house. Thank you Layla!
