In and out. Professional and affordable.

Got off work early and decided to bring my car in for an oil change, the prices are fair but the service that I was provided was extremely professional, Reggie helped me out and he was very knowledgeable about everything, service was quick and I brought back my girls car cause she needed it serviced as well. Anyway I know this place has low rating but go there and just ask to speak to Reggie.

Fast and friendly

I had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube on Northlake Boulevard. The entire crew was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and took the time to walk me through what my car needed, helping me choose the right oil and making sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out was how helpful and pleasant everyone was throughout the process. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and the team clearly takes pride in doing things the right way while making customers feel welcome. If you're looking for a place with a hardworking, professional staff who truly care about great service, I highly recommend stopping by this location. I'll definitely be returning for future service.

I got my oil changed, they checked lights etc, tire pressure. They topped off coolant and added an extra quart of oil. Tried to get me to add gas engine cleaner for $99, I declined.. Overall pretty good ??

I came in early this morning, and the staff was extremely helpful. Mark is the guy who helped me; he was patient and took his time explaining the different icons on my vehicle and the importance of their maintenance. He also put air in my tires upon request without hesitation. His help was greatly appreciated, as I was having a tough morning before he showed me grace and kindness.

Great group of people who were totally efficient.

Ed got me a good deal and the crew got my car in and out.

Good oil change

Had a smooth and seamless experience. Reggie was amazing friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. They had me in and out in new time and made sure I was comfortable during my wait.

My previous oil change was at store #2417. When I went to this location, they could not find my vehicle in the system by license plate number- I’m not sure what the previous store did. This location was worried that they would not be able to change my oil because the plug was rounded (picture below). However they were able to suck the oil out and replace the plug. They did not charge for this. They were very nice and respectful explaining what was wrong, what they could and would do. Pictures- my plug vs replaced plug.

Brandon and Chris did a great job! Brandon guided me to the best choice of work needed to be done. He was caring and they were fantastic to work with. Thank you!

Super customer service and great employees. Will definitely use this location again.
