Recently i visited this store for an oil change with my Hummer and later a tire change for one of my work trucks. I have to say, Justin went above and beyond. One of the screws for the rims on my truck wasn’t fitting properly, and he personally drove me in his own car to another store to get the right bolts. His dedication and willingness to help in a tricky situation made all the difference. Every worker there was incredibly helpful, and the overall experience was nothing but positive. Was looking for a new place to go get oil change and saw they had a great deal for first time customers. I was really in need of an oil change and called on a Saturday and spoke with TJ. It was about 4:10 when I spoke with him and drove from Jupiter to get in. He had mentioned they closed at 5 and I asked if they’d be able to get me in if I got there 10 minutes before as I was about 35 minutes away. He assured me that it would be okay and I headed over. At first one of his employees told me they couldn’t take me since I had showed up exactly at 4:50. TJ came out and said he was sorry for miscommunication but he took me in at last minute on a Saturday and for that and team at the facility staying a few minutes later I am giving a 5 star review! - Frank
