My experience at this Jiffy Live has always been wonderful! A big shout out to Sam and Shelby! They always have a smile on their faces and they make me feel comfortable! They explain everything so that I can understand and always recommend the best prices!

Sam was professional and efficient. He was thorough on the inspection regarding my car . He wasn’t pushy yet still informative. He let me know my options and was very helpful . Sam deserves a raise ! He’s a great team member !

I drive a lot and have very frequent servicing needs. I always come to this Jiffy Lube first above all. The employees are always phenomenal, friendly, and I never feel pressured by overselling on unnecessary services. They respect the customer and take their job seriously. I see familiar faces every visit, and feel that they remember me. The employees are always openly engaged to answer any questions or requests while you are there. I always leave with a smile, wave, and a sense of appreciation. Car services can always be a pain on the wallet, but the service here is delivered with respect. They will almost always offer to apply a coupon for you to help! I will always come to this Jiffy Lube for any car maintenance and services.

I had changed my own oil at home and needed a convenient place to drop off the used oil, so I called Jiffy Lube in Acworth (Hwy 41 and 92 across from LGE) and spoke with Brian, and he said they'd be happy to take my used oil. It's up the the store manager at each location whether they do that or not. When I arrived, it was near closing time, and the last customer had just left. The place was very clean and both Brian and the one tech there were very friendly. We talked about oil changes, and they do accept customer-brought filters and oil if the customer has a particular preference. I may take Brian up on his offer for me to have them do my next oil change--it was a lot of work to do all that in my driveway in 90 degree heat to save a few dollars.

I had a great experience at jiffy lube today. They were charismatic, right off the bat, which makes you feel so comfortable, and they're incredibly informative. They let me know about issues I was having with the car that I didn't even know were there. Was also a very quick service. Thank you, I highly recommend this location.

AJ is the person you want to get to do the repairs. Honest and up to task. Would highly recommend this place. Price was great and only things that needs to be fixed were shown to me and fixed.

We have now taken 3 different vehicles here. It costs just a little bit more than the dealership but the ease and comfort with which the staff completes everything makes it worth it. There is never any pressure to add extra expenses, they notify you if they see something and let you know the price and then leave it be for you to make a decision. We will continue to use this location especially with how friendly everybody is about everything.
