Wonderful service!

i got a basic oil change done today by shelby and she was great! not only did she get everything done but she also had a smile on her face and was patient with me as i am not informed much of at all when it comes to vehicles. she was great and i appreciate all she did!

Outstanding service! The staff was prompt, professional, and made sure all of my needs were addressed. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend their services to others.

The staff here is great. Explained everything very clearly and didn't take hardly any time at all.

Stopped by for a quick oil change today. No wait at all, they got us right in. Andrew took great care of us, and we didn’t even have to get out of the car (which is a huge plus when you have a cranky 2 year old that was currently missing her naptime). Thanks again guys!

Came to this specific site based on 3 personal recommendations. Met with on site manager and explained disastrous service at another location. He and 2nd tech did oil change and basic checks fast and 100% completed. Will be back whenever I need service. Thanks for restoring my faith in Jiffy Lube.

Great place to take your car

Andrew and his team did a great job with my oil change today. They were professional, friendly, and the experience was quick and easy. Andrew was especially sociable and even took the time to chat with my kids, which I appreciated. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary services, and the oil change was finished in less than 15 minutes. I’ll definitely be going back.

I wanted to show my gratitude to Brian & the crew at this location. I went there because I thought I had an oil leak. They took the time to inspect my car, and give me recommendations! They made sure to top me off & not charge me a dime! Very hard to find an honest auto repair shop, but they do exist! Thanks Again!

Even though I don’t live up here in Acworth, I’m going to find it very hard not to ONLY come to this establishment. The friendly and QUALITY service was top tier. Like…the best I’ve seen. I’m the type to ask questions, and Andrew was very helpful in answering all of them. Brian, Shelby, & Steve took great care of my car, had me in at 12:30, I was back in the driveway at my AirBnB at 1:00 on the DOT. Doesn’t hurt that their quick and quality service included making my 4 year old laugh and having GREAT music taste. You’re making a mistake if you drive past this place to go somewhere else. Take it from someone who has sworn off one (maybe 2) oil change places because of the lackluster service and mediocre work for exemplary-level pricing. But, it’s your money so do what you want. I’d give these guys my money every time if I didn’t live 4 hours away, and that’s the truth.

Andrew was awesome to work with. The whole crew was professional, but having fun with each other. Very good experience and is why we take all our cars there.
