Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2904 HOLCOMB BRIDGE ROAD, ALPHARETTA, GA, 30022

I had such a wonder experience at the Jiffy Lube on Holcomb Bridge! I had never been to a Jiffy Lube before as I have always gotten my service done at my dealership, but everyone on the team was extremely welcoming and friendly. Andrea in the lobby was absolutely fantastic, making such wonderful recommendations, giving me thorough explanations of the process, and creating a wonderful atmosphere for my waiting experience! The lobby was spotless, and the cool air was a wonderful refreshment from this summer’s heat. They even included a complimentary interior and exterior wash with my service, and offered to drive my car through the detailing process so that I did not have to leave the waiting room until all of the work was completed. I will most DEFINITELY be returning to this location for all of my future car washes and services, and I would like to extend my greatest gratitude and appreciation to the Jiffy Lube and Mr Clean Car Wash teams ??

I called ahead and asked about an oil change. The price was fair and they took me right away. Cornelius is the manager and he was so kind and respectful. The team got to work on my vehicle right away. Unique to this location: you get a free car wash with your service! I always feel great after a fresh car wash, especially when it is free!! The honored the price they quoted me (ridiculous how often this is not the case) and everyone I interacted with was friendly and proficient at their job. I highly recommend this location and this team of people for all of your service needs.

Always come here for car wash and oil change, great service and facilities!!! Today got a surprise when I went to pay. The owner was there and paid for my oil change:) Wow, so kind and unexpected!!!!

They were very professional and informative. And the free car wash and interior clean was worth it.

Best oil change experience I have had. They changed my oil within 20 minutes and then detailed my car in and out. Highly recommend

The waiting area is quiet and clean, I specified I only needed an oil change and was in and out in about 15 minutes. I was a walk in so the timing was excellent.

Always a good experience. Oil changed and tires rotated. The car wash is a nice bonus.
