Excellent service! From start to finish they were professional, fast and super friendly! Highly recommend!

The technicians who worked on my car were fantastic, friendly, and efficient, and the price for the oil change was very reasonable. However, I felt uncomfortable seeing how the manager spoke to the workers. It was disappointing to witness him scolding and yelling at the employees like children. The crew working in the bays did a wonderful job and deserve credit, but the leadership style left a negative impression on the overall environment.

This is the only place I will go for oil changes anymore. I've gone to these guys for several years and they never try to up-sell you on anything and are transparent and honest. I've had a few oil changes at a different place where I get 50% off because of other work I've had done there but they're always trying to up-sell you (even overheard a training call teaching them how to up-sell ????). That 50% discount isn't worth the lack of trust for them or to trade for the trust I do have for these Jiffy Lube guys. They are fast, efficient, friendly & have you out timely. Customer for life.

A young beautiful woman named Jennifer assisted me with my oil change. It was a delightful experience. Jennifer was professional, answered all my questions, and took time with me. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube. They offer several discounts on services. I would like to tell the managers that fast service is not always the best quality service. I met Antonio, he was a new hire. He has a great personality and would be a great employee,, probably a great manager too.. Yes, some people are in a hurry but I wasn't. I just wanted great service which I received.

In spite of it being extremely hot and busy, these young men did a great job. Very kind and pleasant and working with a smile on their face. Dominique did our emissions and guided us in and checked us out. Very polite. We will be back again for more services.

Very friendly would definitely go there again if I was in the area. We were traveling From Florida stop by I got an oil change inform me my cabin filter need to be replaced, but I declined. When The vehicle was said to be ready. We hopped in, but the glove box was still not put back together, nor was the Cabin filter installed back papers were a mess from the glove box on the seat and floor.

Awesome people very thorough and efficient, and even kept my toddler occupied while changing my oil Bonus points!!

These are the people you need to use for an oil change in Sandy Springs! I moved here in October of last year shortly after that I needed an oil change. Unfortunately, I went to another oil change company not far down the road and they were just not up to the task. I’d recently changed out all the air filters in the car and they (not Jiffy Lube) still insisted that I needed new ones they also said there was some damage to the plug and they could either take out the plug, drill it out and put in a larger plug or they could suction out the oil. They seemed miffed when I said to suck it out. The team at Jiffy Lube were extremely pleasant. They went above and beyond to check the safety lights front and back and air pressure in all the tires. When he showed me the filters, he said, “they look good this time, but you may replace them next time.” I feel like they are honest and committed to doing the best for their clients. I’ll be back.

This place makes you leave with a smile. On June 23, 2026, the staff amazed me. Everyone should go to this place. I went for an oil change and they helped me check my lights and tire pressure. Simply wonderful! And the best price on the market for oil changes ????

This was honestly the most professional, kind, service/mechanic visit I have ever seen. I will officially drive 30 mins out of my way to go back here....dude... they literally opened my door for me lol. IT was amazing
