Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 7505 ROSWELL RD, ATLANTA, GA, 30350-4838

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube today! My 2014 Jeep Wrangler is my baby. I've had her for a long time, and she had been in storage for a while. I actually just pulled her out of storage today, so I really appreciated the extra care and attention they gave her. The entire team was friendly, professional, proactive, and extremely accommodating. They did my oil change, replaced my cabin air filter, and took the time to point out a few other things they noticed with my Jeep. What really impressed me was that they weren't just pointing out things that would cost me more money. They were genuinely being helpful and making sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. My battery even died while I was there, and they charged it for me. They didn't have to do that, but they were more than willing to help. I really appreciate customer service like this. I love when people are proactive and pay attention without me having to ask about every little thing. They made me feel like they genuinely cared about taking care of my Jeep, and that means a lot to me because I've had her for so many years. Excellent customer service all around. I left very happy with my experience and will definitely be back!

They did a good job at a fair price in a timely manner I've been going here for years and I'm going to continue to do so

Fast but through service! They check fluids, tire pressure, and air filters during your oil change. Friendly technicians. Felicia at cash wrap is a gem. Will definitely coming back to this location again.

Guys were great and professional. Not pushy, recommended extras (I got the engine air filter)- 13/10 would recommend to a friend. I take my truck, and my wife's car here everytime.

I’d like to acknowledge the staff who took care of me during my recent service visit. They were professional, attentive, and clearly on top of the work. You could really see the teamwork among the staff, and I appreciated how well they took care of both me and my car. I also especially appreciated that they did not try to oversell me on services or products I didn’t need. I’ve been to quite a few Jiffy Lube locations over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The service was fast, the location was exceptionally clean, and the staff was fabulous. I would highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for great service. I just noticed the negative reviews.... I suspect a competitor may have placed these to hurt this business. Or perhaps there was a previous owner or manager who is now gone. I am now a fan of this Jiffy Lube.

I went in for an Emissions test and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They even checked my air filters and pulled the car around to the front. Great and speedy service.
