James at Jiffy lube on Washington road Evans was a very knowledgeable, an experienced technician. He installed the low beam bulb on my headlight to correct the wrong way of installation by another technician on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I was in and out within 15 minutes. The tech didn't change my next service sticker, I maybe they forgot it. Otherwise my visit was very good.

I just had the fastest oil charge I’ve ever had. They were fast, friendly and they did what no one could over the last 3 years: they knew how to reset the service interval on my car so it’s finally not going to tell me I’m 800 days overdue for service! 10/10. Would recommend

Wonderful service. Katie was kind, walked me through the services and was attentive. JR and another service member ( I never saw his name tag)were quick, efficient and showed great attitudes while working. Love this location

No wait to get service at 9:30 AM but that wasn't unexpected. Staff was very cheerful and friendly. They carried the Pennzoil High Milage oil I was looking for and serviced the truck within 15 minutes. They also swapped out my air filter and asked about a headlight restoration. I was interested in the restoration, but the technician said after looking at it, the plastic covers were cracking and he didn't recommend it. I was already looking to replace them anyway but thought I'd explore Jiffy Lube's solution. I appreciated the tech's honesty and integrity!

The team at the Jiffy Lube I went to was so polite , efficient , quick. , and the store was clean to be an oil change business. They allowed me to use a mail coupon , that being said I could never have afforded it . I have never seen prices so high for a Simple oil change . I could have went to a big box store and it would have been half that price. The friendly team was good but I can’t afford it any other time .
