They always take care of me! I have been getting my oil changed at this location for over a decade! Everyone is so nice & helpful! Answering any questions I have about my 2010 Tacoma!

I always go to the same location and love the quality work and awesome techs! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to answer all of my questions but are very quick and thorough. I highly recommend them! Josh the manager always makes sure you have everything you need and fully understand the services being provided. I always feel my car is in good hands and well taken care of! Will not go anywhere else!!! Conveniently located behind Poblano’s in Martinez!

I have to brag about the manager. He is super fair every time I go to this Jiffy Lube location. He is a dedicated employee and he worked extra hard on getting my swollen lights off my car and putting new one I bought. I want to thank him and all the employee there for there hard work and their courteous customer service!

Not only did Jiffy Lube help with my overheating problem, it was wonderful to see how engaged the employees were. You could truly tell it was more than just a repair — it was a teaching moment. Great teamwork, professionalism, and customer service all around. Definitely appreciated the experience!

Great staff! FYI... $$$ But jiffy lube is now charging for oil top offs in between oil changes!!!! After 2K no topoffs! My gosh that's why I paid the high oil change price for top offs & checks in between oil changes! This SUX and is greedy! So what's the point now JIFFY LUBE????$$$$

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a while now and they are always amazing. Josh and his crew are professional, fast, and super friendly every single visit. They explain everything clearly, never pressure you, and always make sure the job is done right. It’s hard to find a place you can consistently trust, but this team definitely earns it. Highly recommend this location if you want great customer service and honest work!
