Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2836 WASHINGTON ROAD, AUGUSTA, GA, 30909

Meredith is an angel! She saw I needed help and didn’t hesitate to help. Her and Joe (another blessing) pushed my car out the road and onto the property. I was updated regularly as they worked to figure out what was going on with my car. They even added air into my tires without me asking! I couldn’t thank them enough! Excellent service!

Super professional and friendly!

Both times, the service was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming

Good service as always.

Very courteous staff. They greeted me as soon as I pulled into the bay. The waiting area was very clean and I felt really comfortable waiting on my service to be completed.

The men were very polite. They opened my doors and made me feel comfortable. They didn’t provide check ups and information about what’s currently going on with my vehicle though that’s what they could do better. Check on the customer often and provide them with updates on where they are currently at fixing the car.

Great all around service

They let me know where was with my maintenance schedule.

Everyone is so nice, helpful and willing to help

For car inspection,$31.00 fast service and nice people . Cool free water.

I needed a quick oil change on my new-to-me car and the service here was absolutely excellent! Quick, efficient, very knowledgeable and polite staff. Joe was who took care of me during my visit and he made it a great experience! I will add that after my service, which included a tire rotation, my low pressure alarm for my tires came on. As I said, my car is new-to-me so I wasn't sure what had caused it. Drove back to the business and the team was very kind and helped me fix the issue which was a setting I needed to reset but had no idea about. If I need service again on my car I will definitely be going back!

Good fast service. Explained why I needed to have brake fluid replaced that did take more time. Friendly staff.

Quick and easy. Will definitely be returning.

Joe was great, loved the service and explained everything to me. 10/10 recommend this location

Jacob was the truth he really work me on getting my parts for him to fix my car kudos to Jacob and his amazing work.

Joe C, Cory S., and Jacob are a well-oiled machine. From the second I drove up everything was efficient, professional, and at no time did I feel pressured to spend more money. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes.

Joe took care of me.

All businesses should model their customer service from this business. Every single time I’ve been to Jiffy Lube on Washington in Augusta, GA, I have been treated like their #1 customer!!! They are ALWAYS efficient, kind, quick, and so appreciative of the fact that I chose them for all my car maintenance services.

So fast and precise! They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or swindle me in any way. They noticed my tires were low right before I left and they filled them for me :)
