Joe C, Cory S., and Jacob are a well-oiled machine. From the second I drove up everything was efficient, professional, and at no time did I feel pressured to spend more money. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes.

All businesses should model their customer service from this business. Every single time I’ve been to Jiffy Lube on Washington in Augusta, GA, I have been treated like their #1 customer!!! They are ALWAYS efficient, kind, quick, and so appreciative of the fact that I chose them for all my car maintenance services.

Staff are always pleasant and honest. Been going to this particular location for years but, my most recent visit made a lasting impression. I want to thank them for their honesty and willingness to ensure customers are treated fairly.

Great customer service! In and out, completely satisfied.

The service was good, once they finally acknowledged me. I pulled up and none up the employees came to acknowledge me and see what I needed. The bays were empty and they were standing around so I left ??. Long story short, I returned a short while later for service. This time around the service was great. They got me in and taken care of with an inspection, oil change and tire rotation and honored my military service with a discount??

Everyone on staff was amazing. Any questions I had regarding recommended next steps for my car were answered and I was given paper copies to keep for a reminder. 10/10 recommend going to this location.

So fast and precise! They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or swindle me in any way. They noticed my tires were low right before I left and they filled them for me :)
