I would like to give a huge shout out to Meredith and Corey! So, I was originally going to Take 5 on peach orchard for my oil change. Never had an issue. But on my last visit, went for my regular oil change, and I don’t know what the girl did under my car, but when my oil change was complete, I was told I had an oil leak! No way possible! So I drove home to process, but went back 4 days later to speak with a manager! They had supposedly 2 so called managers re-evaluate my car, and told me, no oil leak! So they removed the oil leak comment on my bill! Fast forward to 2 days ago, my oil light came on! I stopped by the take 5 on Washington rd, who told me some pure bs, saying i just needed my oil cap replaced and actually referred me to their competitor jiffy! So I went there and was greeted by Corey! He listened to everything and reviewed my records from Take 5. After reviewing, he printed some important documents about my 2023 Rouge and my oil pan! So he let me know, it would probably need to be replaced! I was pissed! So anywho, they needed to order my parts, so the next day, I was greeted by Meredith! She was amazing! Corey had already told her my situation and she already knew what I needed! They took me to work, ordered my parts, and I just picked up my baby! I thank u both so much for all the extra time, and knowledge, as well as understanding my frustrations with bs Take 5. I will never go back! My new car family jiffy on Washington rd, is absolutely my new go to! They really made me feel comfortable, after being lied to by their competitor! They both made sure I got home, and to work, while my car was being serviced! I do appreciate yall and will see yall soon! ??

I've had a flat tire for the last 3-4 days and Meredith and Michael took great care of me in a timely matter each visit. Meredith got me a great estimate yesterday and today when coming into to get a new tire. I ended up having to grab a tire from a separate location as their tire store was closed, but once I had the tire, they had me in and out within 20 minutes. Full installation. Such kind people working at all times. Highly recommend :)
