I drove up never an oil change with my new truck and asked one of the employees a bunch of questions and helped me out with everything and even made sure I knew I was getting the right stuff for the truck. They also figured out a lot of stuff that was truly wrong with the truck that I could look at and see there was issues and they took care of it all. Even when I kept changing my mind on some things. I think they just really did a good job on taking care of my truck and me.

My check engine light came on while I was driving down 575, and my car started stalling. I had to stop in Hickory Flats to pick up a prescription, saw Jiffy Lube, and pulled in. Bobby, the district manager, just happened to be there, and I started telling him about my experience. They ran a code test, and I told him the check engine light had just come on and that the car was stalling when I went past 60. He then asked me when I last had a tune-up. It had been several years. He gave me my 25% military discount, and I got my oil changed, new wiper blades, and a tune-up on my Honda CRV for $715! Excellent customer service, reasonable prices for what needed to be done, and everyone there seemed to know what they were doing. I felt confident and safe as a woman getting my car repaired there. Thank you so much, gentlemen, for all of your help. All the codes cleared after the service, and my car is running excellently again.

Never had a bad experience here. The mechanics and technicians are thorough, professional and polite on every oil change/tire rotation. Beyond that, this location has a nice, clean lobby and waiting area with beverages and WiFi. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Jiffy (and shout out to Jacob and Marquis for being so great)!

My first visit to this new facility. Brandon and Jacob were very professional, not pushy, knowledgable and pleasant. Facility is SPOTLESS. Prices are reasonable compared to dealerships and some of the other automotive shops around Hickory Flat. Good value, NICE people, spotless facility, IN and OUT in 10 minutes.
