I came here yesterday for an oil change, and the service was great! They were very accommodating and let me know everything that needed to be done. They were efficient and fast! Will definitely return!

I was very pleased with my recent visit to Jiffy Lube on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. The mechanics paid attention to all points for necessary maintenance. I was impressed with the fact that they answered all my questions without hesitation. I will definitely go back again and recommend them highly.

Great service from Devon and reasonable price for oil change

This was my first time at this location, and first time at a Jiffy Lube in years. Devon was wonderful. Took him and his team less than 10 minutes to change the oil, I was in and out. I was a little surprised at the cost, over $90 for synthetic oil and filter change. It’s about half that price at the dealership. I guess the trade-off, though, is that I was in and out vs. having to sit and wait for 2 hours, which is what I usually have to do at the dealership.

Doug was very knowledgeable about my car but also took out the time to explain some of his considerations.

Devon was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my 2007 Ford Ranger. Alonso was friendly and helpful to me. I am a senior citizen and the 3 men helped me I will be back cuz I need a few more services to my truck. Ty staff at jiffy lube. You are the best. ***********((***********20 STARS

Doug was very knowledgeable very helpful and definitely deserves a raise for sure the best customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Actually explained well what all I needed and why accurately unlike other people.

Doug and the guys were awesome. They got me in and out under 20 minutes. They also noticed that my tag light was out and offered to fix it. I definitely would return.

Divine the worker I had was very very good he was attentive. He showed me things that were wrong. He did a flush on my radiator. My oil was done correctly and my car is running great so I thank you for that but as far as your manager, I was there the day before I had my service. It was a black, jaguar parked before you even enter the bay I asked, could I get my oil changed cause both bays were open I was told by the older black man there don’t know his name that no I couldn’t get my oil changed that should have never happened since you had two bays and the jaguar was parked outside. This was between 515 and 530 on Friday Thursday, January 22 or Wednesday anyway one of those dates between Wednesday or Thursday between Wednesday five and 530 that it was done very unprofessional the the older black man the manager told me the next day I took talk to him about my concerns he said he wasn’t there, but he was there. He came out and put water in the black jaguar. I just thought felt that this was very unprofessional. Because of Devon, I may return, but I doubt it I was not satisfied

Purchased two Groupons for fully synthetic oil changes for two of my kids who are headed back to college. Redeemed Saturday morning on a rainy day. Mr. Martin and his team quickly changed the oil and then I ran home and brought in the 2nd car. 2nd car was even quicker. Will be back next weekend with two more cars!
