Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 718 ATLANTA RD, CUMMING, GA, 30040-2715

Great experience, these guys are fast and really customer friendly. I will go to them before Valvoline!

It went very smoothly and efficient!

Amazing service, I really do recommend for a quick and affordable service. I had call a lot of shop charging me over $150 crazy I found them called and attended me that same day with amazing prices.

Excellent service

The 2 gentlemen who serviced my car were not only knowledgeable and nice. My car was ready in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Cumming location on Atlanta Highway (and no, they didn’t ask me for this review). I hope they see it and take pride in doing excellent work and giving great customer service.

Always a great experience at this location. Hunter is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great staff, fast service! They reviewed with me things that may need attention soon without being pushy.

Went for emission testing. Friendly people to work with.

I had an amazing experience at this location. The men who helped me were professional, informative, and very kind. I left confident my car was well taken care of and in good shape.

The techs were awesome ! My daughter went in just to have them check her oil. She only needed half a quart and they topped it off for free.!!

I have never have been treated as good as I was with your crew at your service shop they are a great shop. They took great care of my car

Very pleasant experience. I'll defiantly go back.

I got an oil change, tires filled, and 2 filters replaced. Thomas did the work efficiently and got me out in a reasonable amount of time.

Hunter was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was quick, efficient and very convenient. Thanks so much!

The guys were great! Friendly and efficient!

Kind and patient service. Didn't feel sold or pushed any unnecessary service. Quick oil change even though they were understaffed

Great service and excellent customer support

Fast, professional and very friendly

Awesome folks! Handled business!

The technician, Murad, was so friendly, polite, and precessional. He had me out in a “jiffy” :)

This Jiffy Lube truly cares about you and your vehicle. I wholeheartedly recommend it. They always prioritize your needs and never suggest unnecessary repairs. The manager is very knowledgeable and genuinely attentive. Technicians Hunter and Reece deliver outstanding and prompt service. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have always felt valued. I’m grateful to have found such a trustworthy oil change service.

Murad and the team were very helpful and took care of me. I needed an oil change they pointed out my wiper blades and license plate light. Also told me about some additional services I didn’t know existed.

Honestly, I only used this location because I found them on Groupon, but I would 100% go back. The employees were incredibly nice. They do upsell, let’s face it, that’s their job, but they are not at all pushy if you say nah. Like not at all.

The guys here are very nice, know what they're doing, made everything easy and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of nonsense! Clearly experienced and professional. Thomas will get you taken care of. Paid $77 after a $26 off coupon I found online!

They were outstanding. Good job.

Excellent experience. Very efficient. In and out just as it ought to be!
