I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today! I stopped in during my 30-minute lunch break for an oil change, and the team was incredibly efficient they got everything done quickly without making me feel rushed. The staff had amazing energy and were very friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. A special shoutout to Eddie, who made sure I was choosing the best engine oil for my vehicle and took the time to explain my options. Overall, it was a smooth, fast, and genuinely pleasant experience. I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back!

Always come here for my oil changes and these guys do a great job. They do their best to only upsell you on things you truly need and they saved me from a really bad day today by letting me know I had a massive nail all the way through my tire that I never would have seen. Amazing service! Very accommodating. People centered staff by respecting customers and their vehicle. They took care of my vehicle regardless of what model or how old. Keep in mind, I came in 30 mins before closing on a Friday and they're still welcoming and accommodating.

Came here for an oil change and was greeted by friendly staff. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. They honored a coupon that I had. Very pleased with my experience here.

I was looking for a place near my job and found this location. The reviews said to check Groupon and they had a really good deal. It was 15 degrees outside yesterday, and instead of having me sit in the car, the staff allowed me to sit inside with the heat while they serviced the car, and I really appreciated that because I didn’t expect it. The staff showed me my air filter, which needed to be replaced and gave me information about the second part of my filter and what the color means. The person that explained everything to me was kind and informative, they were not pushy or condescending which I really appreciated. I added the filter for replacement of course and added other items we discussed on a to do list. When I checked out, the staff member explained everything they did, and reviewed the charges with me before asking me to pay. FYI you do have to pay the taxes on the Groupon; the deal says that in the fine print. I was in and out quickly, and because of my first time experience I will be back!

The change oil light yelled at me. With an ice storm looming, I listened. A friend with auto knowledge took the car in. Eddie and Roman changed the oil, checked other basics, topped off needed fluids, and changed the cabin filter. My friend said all service was necessary, particularly cabin filter. Eddie and Roman were also pleasant and efficient, discussed all my friend's concerns, and provided an itemized list of services provided. Friend said they earned 5 stars. Thanks guys!!

Great Customer Service by Roy and Paris. They identified needed brake repairs and replaced the rotors and pads; along with an oil change. All work was performed professionally and promptly. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend for Service anytime.
