Don’t normally write the reviews anywhere. However, I have a great experience with the Mechanic Eddie. I went in to get an oil change. It took them about 15 to 20 minutes Maxx. He was awesome, efficient and charismatic! Thanks so much Eddie!!

I went in for an oil change, they notice & identified other issues, like dipping from under, power steering, topped off my fluid that needed attention and checked my tires pressure. Customer Service was Awesome and the wait time was good for a Saturday.

i Don’t know what jiffy lube haves up their sleeves with Juan ?? but you guys picked a great person to have on your team. He’s sweet , very kind and explained to me how important it is to keep up with my maintenance he showed me my Air filter and cabin filter and explain to me how important they are and helped me understand and Also answered all my questions ???? it’s hard to trust that people would get the work done correctly but after my experience with Juan and the team I will always come back thank you seriously & btw Juan you are very attractive ??

One of the fastest oil changes I've ever experienced! Juan R. was super nice and professional. I think I waited only 15-20 minutes in their very clean lounge. This was a great first impression of this Clairemont Road location. I'll definitely be returning.

I received absolutely stellar service from Juan. He went above and beyond, recommended the right filters, and my car feels amazing. He was incredibly patient and professional. What impressed me most was his composure; despite another coworker loudly acting highly unprofessional and disrespectful right in front of customers, Juan stayed completely focused on helping me. Juan is a massive asset to this location and deserves a promotion for his grace under pressure. Thank you, Juan!

Stopped in for an overdue oil change. Service guys were so helpful! My filters were horrible and they changed them. They also put air in my tires. Above and beyond!

Naciere the assistant manager was amazing not only did he change my oil in under 15 mins he also gave me an informational message that help saved me a lot of money on my radiator for it just to be a oil change shop he is very knowledgeable highly appreciated the service done today

Came in today for an oil change. Fast, efficient, and great customer service. I worked with a gentleman named Naciere, and he was polite, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He made sure I was able to use the best coupon available and got me in and out quickly without feeling rushed. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Definitely appreciated the transparency and overall experience. Would absolutely return for future service.
